Make a Collapsable Leather Tray!
Sometimes you just want to be lazy and have simple solutions to problems. I designed this leather tray to use in our game nights to hold pieces - it simply snaps together and snaps apart to lay and pack flat. In doing so, I realized it's great for many things! Travel, organization, even just a cool desk or shelf piece. The pattern is super simple and it became a really fun, easy leather crafting project that I'm really happy with. Hope you like it :)
😮 the holes to interface the snaps THROUGH the leather 🤯
I am a big fan of designing for necessity. Need a tray. Design and build a tray. Very satisfying. Thanks Eric.
Love the new pattern Eric! Hope to add this one to my arsenal as well! Stay well my friend!
I like that, it is a great simple idea. It also can be used in multiple different ways.
Wow ur fingers are smoked from all that hard work. Good job
Much love to ya man! ❤ always put your videos on while
I work on crafts
Very nice!
Never apologize for your dirty hands. I always keep repeating this phrase to my girl, when she comments my dirty hands after work: "My hands may be dirty, but money I made with them is clean."
Good work!
Nice! These are pretty rad
great as always. I've been trying to figure out something similar in the shape of a D20. Can't wait to see more content from you!
Hello there, I'm curious as to what you wanna do in the shape of a D20 as I've been thinking about related things myself. I'd love to share game related created makes but find it hard to find like minded people. I wish you luck in your creative aspirations 😊
D20 is a bunch of equilateral triangles, as long as you think of where you are wanting it to collapse, you could add snaps along it. However. It's going to be difficult to make a tray out of a poorly rendered spherical object lol
Pretty cool
Thank you 😊.
love the design
Good one...
thanks
Where can I buy leather ? I want to start getting into this hobby! Thanks
Hi what is the surface you are using to punch on.thanks
