    It is $249,000. This is not leased land. The HOA is about $145 a month.

      @CatherineLeighe -- It's a nice house but it isn't worth $250k.

      @@jamesbass9797 I know. The prices I’ve seen for mobile homes on leased land is outrageous. Some over a hundred thousand plus another thousand for lot rent per month. This makes more sense to me only if paid cash for.

      @@CatherineLeighe -- I currently live in Florida and let me tell ya. Better be careful how much you pay for anything down here right now I don't care what it is. Prices are falling on almost everything. The biggest reasons why is property taxes and homeowners' insurance. Homeowners insurance is getting to be a BIG thing in Florida. I've seen friends insurance go up 4 and 5 times what they were paying just a few years ago. It's crazy. Research, research, research. No matter where or what you plan on buying anywhere in Florida.

      @@jamesbass9797 Hello James. I have read about the insurance & property tax increases there. Honestly Florida isn’t a place I’d like to live for those reasons & others. The humidity & then those gators!
