The one thing my wife and myself absolutely HATE about our air fryer is that it's so hard to clean especially after some fabulous wings. THANK YOU for the copper mats idea which makes cleanup so easy, even I'll volunteer. Keep up the good work and thanks again. Ken
I have the Costco version which has a knob and a power button on the bottom and a digital display for the rest of the controls above that. Nonetheless I love it for how much room it has in it and how well it works too. My NuWave Bravo XL works excellent too, but this one has so much more room in it for more items at once and can do it with 100 less watts which is better since I have to use extension cords no matter how I do it.
Just a little chef's tip. The manual says not to use aluminum foil to line the bake pan and the crumb tray... Not sure why? Parchment paper is a great alternative to make clean up much easier! Great videos!

Can you maybe show how too cook buns in there? Or break I know it’s got a bake bottom but when I tried to make buns I didn’t get cooked evenly 😢so maybe I’m not doing something right

Just curious, and not questioning your reasoning, but why do you preheat your air fry basket? I take my air fry basket out of the air fryer, season my chicken in the air fry basket, and then put the air fry basket with the chicken in it back in the preheated air fryer. The works for me as any excess seasoning and oil is discarded outside the hot air fryer plus I do not burn my fingers tossing chicken in the hot air fryer.

Why don't you just take the air fry basket out then while its preheating you can arrange all the wings in the basket. That way you do loose all your preheating tossing each wing in with the doors open
Start by taking the pan OUT, put raw wings on pan while preheating, then when prompted, put wings in, to fry! Then, when cooked half way, take the pan OUT, then turn the wings over, and then return to oven! You lose too much heat, leaving the doors open!! Honestly, that's a no brainer! Ugh
To perform it on camera without having to move or stop the recording. I did it the way I did it. You, should certainly do it as you prefer. And, people have more brains than you realize, respect. Please, start a RUclips channel. I already know someone who had to come back after trying. And they confirmed it is not as easy as some assume.

How do you get yours not to smoke? Everytime I cool Wings in the exact air fryer smoke pours out the doors within 5 minutes???
