Nixon was pardoned by VP Ford when Nixon had to resign and Ford became President. This is a completely different situation. Trump doesn't have anyone who can save him from accountability for his own crimes. I don't see him tucking his tail between his legs and leaving the country like a cowardly wuzz. Not only would that ruin his image as a tough leader and make him very lonely and starved for attention in a matter of days. He would also have his bank accounts and other assets frozen by court order. No money, no American trash food, no friends, no attention, not knowing the language... I don't think a creature of habit and comfort like him could handle one of those things, let alone all of them!

A “trans man” shot and killed six people in a Christian school in Nashville “He/she” took the lives of three children and three adults, mostly females. This was obviously a targeted assault. The slaughter stopped when hero policemen shot and killed the evil perpetrator.
The MSM did not much decry the actions of the deranged mass murderer, preferring to cast her/him as a victim of Christian intolerance. Some Christians don’t believe in self-mutilation, you see. Some have the audacity to believe in the existence of only two-count them-two sexes. Moreover, the perp’s parents apparently were not in favor of their daughter becoming a man. So, he/she had no choice but to slaughter innocent strangers, kids included. Duh!
The MSM & CNN are berserk. Insane. Rabid. They have eschewed all notion of impartiality, objectivity, truth, balance, and decency…in favor of doing absolutely anything to advance a Marxist, globalist, elitist, anti-freedom agenda. Absolutely anything. Journalists’ crazed virtue-signaling, hypocrisy, and dripping disdain for traditional values and the notion of American exceptionalism is embarrassing-and nauseating-to anyone with a modicum of intelligence, independence, self-awareness, and dignity.
The media reflexively blames guns, Christians, and America itself for mass shootings like this one. It never examines the devastation wrought by the progressive policies it champions that, in addition to causing economic collapse, coerce people into thinking of themselves as victims while simultaneously telling them that there is no God, their country is evil, and the planet is about to spontaneously combust.
When people are convinced that there is no hope, that everyone else is out to get them and “their kind,” and that there is nothing to believe in-- except for the very elites, “experts,” and governmental officials telling them there is nothing else to believe in-- they tend to do very bad things.
Incredibly, the “Trans Day of Vengeance” rally is still set to take place on April 1st outside the U.S. Supreme Court in Washington, D.C. Imagine how the media would react if the National Rifle Association were to hold a “NRA Day of Vengeance” just days after a mass shooting! It never examines the devastation wrought by the progressive policies it champions that, in addition to causing economic collapse, coerce people into thinking of themselves as victims while simultaneously telling them that there is no God, their country is evil, and the planet is about to spontaneously combust.

Boring is good. And methodical. And reasonable. The media wants a circus, we don't, we just want to see the court do it's job, and hold this 'person' accountable for a few of his crimes. It's just a jumping off place. When Georgia and the DOJ hand down THEIR indictments is when it will get entertaining. Trump won't be able to campaign from all of his court appearances and demands.

Still have Georgia to deal with. The hole is nearly bottomless. trump won't have even a spoon, let alone a shovel to dig himself out with... "dark and lonely way down in the mine"... 'Merle Travis'...

I get what she is saying about the punditocracy and both sides politically, but I am sooooo prepared for this to be boring. It's a trial; people try to skip jury duty for a reason. I heard he was indicted from my parents and I was like "cool, it will be grate when we get the results of that in 6 months to a year." Then I went to bed.

0:30 boring is nice, boring is great! I like boring, so long as it's the exact opposite of the "may you live in exciting times" curse.

Might go on for a really long time? It has ALREADY gone on for a really long time. I think it is about 6+ years now. First we had to wait for the bonehead to leave office, and that didn't go so smoothly, and then we had to wait for the justice department to finally realize that people hadn't really forgotten about it completely, and then they very, very slowly picked it up again, and here we are now, at long last. I know the wheels of justice turn slowly, but really now, lets get real here. Human lives only go on for so long as well. Glaciers only last for so long. This is where vigilante justice starts to look appealing, because the justice system we have now is totally built to accommodate wealthy criminals like Trump who just put more lawyers on it while they go about their every day lives causing mayhem and disruption in people's lives. We have seen his tax forms, we have heard his phone calls to Georgia, we saw the check to Stormy, we have lifetimes worth of testimony about all the crooked mischief he has been up to over the years. Lets get this guy into Rikers where we don't have to see orange-painted every day anymore.

I think boring is a good description. I don’t even feel any different like then yesterday. Why? Bc it will be ages before anything will really happen. 6 to 12 months b4 he goes to trial!! Look at all the damage he will do b4 that! And he will now

A big part in it being boring is cuz it actually is.
The reason anyone might be let down by that fact is this phenomena jokingly termed the "CSI-ification" of the public.
People's idea of big cases is very, very shaped by our collective experience of CSI series being the only television show for about a decade, and the drama that made it so successful.
(I know this is a different reference, but...)People want their "YOU CAN'T HANDLE THE TRUTH!" moments, not the boring recital of criminal codes and "approach the bench" kinda stuff.
