Hello, excuse me, I'm not very good at my English but I have a question. I have this A604 transmission and I repaired it but it protects itself when running it, it stays in second speed, I already changed the module and selenoid box, do you have any idea what it could be? Gracias saludos de MÉXICO 🎉❤
Have you confirmed that the fluid level is correct if so whoever repaired it didn’t fix it I would take it back and demanded them to either replace it or fix it again.
That fluid looks really good! And you magnet! My magnet was horrific! I don't care though because I'm getting a new transmission right now and I'm going to change the fluid at the correct intervals.
Forest Spinner nice! Turns out the seal I did didn't work so I'll have to yet drop the pan for the third time I'll be looking for a better rtv this time
Forest Spinner your technically only supposed to use rtv to seal it sometimes some people get away with only a gasket and some get away with rtv it just depends on how well of a job the person did to seal it which I know I didn't since it kept leaking fluid I'll have to wait next time.
How much atf did you put in initially after that filter change? I’m working on 95 Lebaron same motor and transmission changing out filter tomorrow morning. Thanks!
No please only do filter and fluid change every 30-40k miles and use black rtv when sealing. Make sure there’s no dripping and the surface is clean. Walmart vavoline (atf+4)

Very nice. I prefer gaskets over any gasket maker, just my preference. Great vid as usual. Your caravan videos are awesome.
From dodge they always do rtv as you saw that’s how it’s done from the factory too

System takes 4.5 I had to do it again since it had a leak
@@TFD1982 do you have to drain torque converter as well as the pan or just the pan to dump the whole 9 quarts of trans fluid?
