I suppose I understand why people want the "old look" on statues but tbh on stuff like the otter and the wolf I love how much more visible the details were on them after cleaning! Would prefer to have them that way. Especially when you can clean them so gently so that none of the detail gets eroded.

That cute lil otter is actually a perfect example of what moss can do to structures for people who don't quite fully comprehend. It gets in a crack and just starts pushing.
Excellent as always, and though I'd love to see a horse done (as a lover of horses), please don't go crazy buying outrageously priced stuff for our entertainment. This is supposed to be a profitable endeavor for you and your family!

I have no clue how this site popped up on my feed but poor little Ollie the Otter was in much need of a good clean, he is a handsome little guy. He needs a good sealer for concrete now that he is clean, keep that moss at bay. If you were closer to the US I would give little Ollie a new home.

I think that some things like walkways, banisters, etc, things that can be hazardous I mean, should be cleaned up. But other things that are mostly decoration? If the person wants to leave it mossy, leave it mossy.

It's also an example of the kind of growth that some of us love and actually encourage in out statuary. The otter looked nicely aged with the moss; without it it just looks old, damaged and broken. 'Strokes for folks, eh?

Something to keep in mind with the otter is that while the pressure washer didn't do any damage, you just shoved a lot of water into it's cracks. If it's going to get below freezing, might need to have it dry out first or the ice could damage it where the steamer didn't.

Your site popped up on my feed a few days ago, I don't know how or why but since, I have watched you clean roofs, path, driveways, stone, wood and now these beautiful little stone animals. Funny thing is, we live in Sydney and New South Wales and Queensland have been inundated with rain these past months and my husband has been pressure cleaning paths and the driveway, and all around our pool. It's like magic watching the scum and slimy stuff vanish and seeing the coloured aggregate stones that were used in the original concrete mix appear. We couldn't believe how quickly the green algae developed but I guess over 3 months of at times torrential rain, combined with high humidity, is a good growing environment. I also watch an excellent carpet cleaning site - I like cleaning😂😂😂 Your videos are great, love your work ethic. Best wishes 🇦🇺

This was an EXCELLENT video. It shows the versatility of outdoor steam cleaning. Those 2 balls would snap up well in any old or new garden, entrance way or on top of gated entranceways (ie I saw on one of those French castle renovation shows, that a lady was looking for a pair lions or something, and ended up with balls on either side that suited really well. Of course, they needed a crane to lift them into place so high up. So whether on the ground or up high on bricked gate entrances, pairs of anything would sell well, hence how come that lady mostly had pairs of statues. You did well cleaning things. I cringed at your scraping the otter (& others?) on your garden pavers - yikes! I would love to see another such video (but will look to see if you've done more, since). Keep up the good work. The possibilities of buying these & cleaning them up is endless. Great job!

Well, not every place needs lime. There are places in the US (most of the West, except the coast, and the north and south central states) that need sulphur applied in order to balance out the acidity. Lime would be a bad thing there (and would not help fertilizer).
