I love that the kitchen is in the rear and I love that large fridge/freezer. I would just keep the coach as a single bed and not pull it out. I wonder if the front passenger seat swivels, it looks like there is a swivel below it. Take out the 2 passenger seats and it would be great for a solo traveler. With some modifications I could go for something like this. Thanks Ruby!
Hello Adele, This would be a good RV for a single traveler that occasionally brings along others. I believe the front seats do swivel as Jayco's website shows photos with them turned. Thanks for Watching!
The bathroom is the size of the bathroom in a Boeing 737 but no air vent and this RV doesn't have the coziness like the other RVs because it's nice to have a proper sitting area with a table, but other than that as always a great presentation and very informative
I'm not a fan of a sink in the bathroom -- takes up WAY too much space for showering in an already small (be nature) Class B motor home. And such small sinks are mostly useless anyway. -- BR
Hello Lars, I agree the layout could be better as having the sitting area / bed right across from the kitchen could cause issues as well as feel awkward for many people. Thanks for Watching!
I think generally speaking there’s always a trade off in something of this size, the pop top is a good addition. Not so sure about the bed in the kitchen area as it leaves very little room. Probably a good starter RV if you are new to the lifestyle.
Hello Mark, I was thinking that this would be a great RV for a small family but I agree that the bed design in the kitchen is not the best. Thanks for Watching!
Hello Michael, The Jayco website does show the front seats turned so I am assuming they do swivel. As for removing the seat, anything is possible. Thanks for watching!
I don't see what the big deal is about not having a vent in the bathroom. With limited water supply, it's not going to get all foggy like a home shower and besides that, it has a shower curtain in there so the outer door could be left open. Certainly NOT a deal breaker. For me the deal breaker could be black water. I'd prefer to use a Trelino composting toilet to avoid dealing with black water AND, since it weighs less than ten pounds, I can just move it out of the shower for tons of room while showering! Love your videos and you sure brighten up all your videos!
Hello Lori, I completely agree with you thoughts and I'll let you know when I find the perfect van as I am constantly searching for it! Thanks for watching!
Hello Ken, I am planning on doing one however I have not found one at any of the dealerships I have visited. Hopefully, I will find one and do a video ASAP. Thank You for watching!
That would be a nice RV but some people would have issues driving one that big. These little B-Class RVs are not much bigger than your average SUV. Thanks for Watching!
I did not see one. Sometimes they are small vents built into the wall but I did not see one of those either and I did not see a switch. Thanks for Watching!
Very nice! I really like the layout of this van, but does it have “blind spot assist”? Can a person keep the pets cool in summer and warm in colder times if we leave the van? What kind of batteries?
My main problem right up front is the Swift is built by Jayco (same for these Pop-Tops built by Winnebago). Would like to see Pleasure-Way (P-W) build one. Or Leisure Van. Or one of the other (but few) quality RV makers. Yes, I know P-W already has a Pop-Top (their Tofino) but it doesn't have any bath/toilet like this Jayco and the Solis series (by Winnebago) do. So if P-W DID add that (somehow) to a Tofino, I'd personally lean towards their version of Class B Pop-Tops over Jayco's (& Winnebago's). I don't know why RV makers continue to focus on producing RVs as fast as they can (and/or cutting costs like using cheaper materials and poor fit & finish) instead of getting the news that at least SOME customers are willing to pay more for a QUALITY-built product. And less warranty issues helps everyone: The customer, RV dealership service depts and the RV maker as well, as NO ONE want to deal with a sold but problem-riddled RV. I guess most people don't care even IF they give "quality" a thought in the first place (probably not, most buyers seemed mesmerized by Eye Candy), so it keeps the "Mediocre Makers" (one level above the "Crap Makers") in business. Well, P-W is still in business, Leisure Van also (that's at least 2 -- must be more though) so I guess QUALITY is still possible from a RV maker. As for Class As, it's said you have to get above $300-350K to see any quality in them. Sad... On a side but related note (RV/motor-home prices), given the continued insanity in the housing market (high interest rates, increased home prices, inflation, lack of supply/too much demand, etc.), if that continues upward for several years, a $200-300K motor-home (Class A, B or C) will be looking pretty cheap...and may suddenly become "affordable" to a lot of us (giving up on home-owning). ;-) I (for one) will be an "interested party" in that case... -- BR
Hello Bill, When I think of quality RV manufacturers I think of Airstream, Pleasure way, Midwest, Leisure way, Tiffin, and maybe Roadtrek. There are a couple other smaller manufacturers that do a good job as well. I also agree that as home prices continue to rise, 300-400K for a nice class A does not seem so bad anymore. Thanks for Watching!
Yeah, it seems a bath vent would be necessary. I would have added a ledge on the pop top to put a small ice water air conditioner up there to plug in. Mine works good at home next to my bed. Also I think they could make more use of the twin chairs area by putting in a pull out couch across from the sliding door, instead of the chairs, somehow making it a 5 sleeper van, with 5 seat belts. I wouldn’t worry about pulling out that bed in the back, too crowded. Can’t get late night snacks for everyone. That pantry should have shelves to be useful, or a bar for hanging clothes. I like the big fridge, pop up, large bathroom, induction stove and convection microwave. Those are the big pluses. An outdoor hot and cold shower would also be a plus!
Hello Gerald, I agree that a bathroom needs a vent. This RV has a pop-top so a bathroom ceiling vent is not possible but a wall vent could work. Thanks for Watching and supporting my channel!
Don't care for the layout. Too many small spaces (the roof AC would never make it to the front) and very limited storage (no place to put cables and hoses, etc.). Access to the plumbing must be under the bed, as it is in most Class Bs, but it would be a challenge with that bed design.
Hello Craig, I agree that garage storage is basically non-existent and the AC placement is due to the pop-top. You are correct that under the bed contains the utilities but the bed does pivot up making it a bit easier to access. Thanks for Watching!
I can certainly understand your comment as I am not a big fan of the bed next to the kitchen and I think the passenger seats waste some valuable space but it does have a good size kitchen and bathroom. Thanks for Watching.
Out of all the vans you've reviewed this one is the worst. Absolutely cramped. Very poor design. Too much effort to pull out the bed and you had nowhere to stand when you where deploying it. Two people would feel cramped in that rig. Can't even make coffee if someone is in bed. Seems to be overkill with fridge. Rig that small doesn't need a fridge that big. To do anything in there you have to wait for the other person to get out of the way. The one good thing is the pop top. Also the outside (driver side) seemed a little busy. Too many gadgets on the side. Just more for someone to tamper with. As usual very good review. Stay safe👍.
Hello Joe, Thanks for the comment and compliment. I agree that the layout is awkward and I am not a fan of the bed pushed right up to the kitchen counter. Thanks for Watching!
The light cabinet colors with the elegant curve are a nice variation in style. A lot to like.
Yes, that design is a European style and it also had very sturdy hinges and great closing latches. Thanks for Watching!
I love that the kitchen is in the rear and I love that large fridge/freezer. I would just keep the coach as a single bed and not pull it out. @@Adventure-Mom the front and rear seats swivel actually! :)
Nice tour. I love the captain chairs instead of the booth dinette, the wetbath, the large refrigerator, the 2 TVs & especially the light color scheme.
I was surprised by the wet bath as it is a good size and the refrigerator is great as well! Thanks for Watching!
Thank you for doing these videos, Ruby. Much appreciated.

They’ve improved how the bed pulls out with the swing down legs on the 2023. Not nearly as cumbersome to pull out. 😍
Hello Abigail, It does seem that manufactures are continuously updating these RV as they receive customer feedback. Thanks for Watching!

Hello Aleksandr, Thank you for supporting my channel!
Rear kitchen right next to the bed is kind of funky ..I do like the bathroom in this model though ..
Sheesh..where is the perfect van 🤷♀️
Hello Lori, I completely agree with you thoughts and I'll let you know when I find the perfect van as I am constantly searching for it! Thanks for watching!
I love everything about this except that there is no power fan (or window) in the bathroom.😢
Hello, thanks for sharing your viewpoint on this RV. Thank you so much for watching!

At 6'2" 202 I'm going to need a diesel pusher, > 30' & 400hp, and must come with copilot.

Can you tell me how long this van is? I like it since it is very different from all the other class B vans I’ve seen.

Do the windows have day shades?
Captain chairs take away from what could be used for valuable space
I agree, I am not a fan of those and would much rather expand the bathroom, kitchen, or sleeping area and add more storage space. Thanks for Watching!
It is a nice class B, but I didn't like the pup up area. Thank you for showing again.
Hello King, Thank you for Watching!
