Borax and washing soda with a shredded bar of dr. Bonners unscented soap. No chemicals all natural. With help babies skin you only need a table spoon of soap for a load. Many videos on RUclips will show you how to make it. It's better than the chemical laundry detergents especially for children they body's can't handle it. They also cause cancer.
Beauty & The Beastons you should try giving Ella a breastmilk bath for her skin! Just put her in a baby tub and put some of your stored breastmilk in the water it’s really great for there skin (:
My youngest daughter had terrible eczema and the pediatrician recommended going off all OTC eczema creams and lotions and only putting Vaseline on her skin. Also, she said to switch to Dove sensitive bar soap and use a free and clear laundry detergent. This was literally the only regimen that helped her after years of her suffering with it.
I highly recommend using Vitamin E Cream or oils such as Argan or Macadamia. I'm 27 and have struggled with eczema my whole life and I can honestly say they are fantastic products that have worked miracles for my skin.
It makes me so happy as a parent and a teacher when I see parents actually follow the 24 hour fever free rule. I have so many of my students coming in sick with a fever. Sometimes the parents giving them a fever reducer before hand. I understand people have jobs and cant take off. But when you send your kid sick, it exposes the whole class to the germ which in return may get back to the same sick child getting them sick a second time. I am also pregnant so I get more aggravated now. So thank you for following that rule. His teacher and the parents of his classmates appreciate your choice as well.

I just moved out of state with my husband and 8 month daughter so I've been watching your videos nonstop so I dont feel alone here. Anyways, I wanted to mention something about the kinde storage bags. Make sure you freeze them upright because the milk gets trapped in the cap part and it can be difficult to poor and unfreeze everything at once. Those weren't my favorite but hopefully they work for you.

Love watching your videos!! My little brother had real bad eczema (back in the 80’s) when he was a baby and my mom used Avon’s Advanced therapy lotion on him and he has the BEST skin out of every one in our family!! Hope Ella’s eczema gets better soon! Your kids are precious!
You should try all free and clear detergent and Cerave lotion in the tub. My son suffered from eczema all the way till he was 7years old. The specialist suggested the lotion and a steroid cream. He’s grown out of it but we still use the lotion everyday. Good luck and you have a beautiful family!
Not sure if you've tried this but Tubby Todd is amazing. Their "all over ointment" improved my little 5 month old's excema (sp?) in a weeks time, it was crazy. Especially since it's all natural and so gentle. Just a suggestion that I am so grateful for! ♥️

Hey !! Eczema mom here. All my children have eczema and what I use that gets rid of it within days is Quadriderm . It’s hydrocortisone but the Mexican brand. As for yolks I do a smoothie with bananas, strawberry, milk, a tad bit of sugar and chocolate(for taste) and egg yolk. I think with the breastmilk you won’t need the sugar or chocolate but my kids are over 2 they like it :) . I would say a half a banana and about 1 or 2 strawberries for babygirl :)

Love these DITL vids. My first food for my son was egg yolk and I mixed it in with breastmilk. Or you could just hardboil some eggs and give her the yolk part. Don't forget the everything but the bagel seasoning 🤣
My daughter broke out in eczema. So bad she’d be up all night. I use the aveeno night time balm on her at night, I use the rx cream by itself 2 times a day, and then the aveeno baby eczema line for the bath, it’s the cleansing therapy. It’s not tear free so I use dove sensitive on her hair and lady parts and rinse good. I use seventh generation free and clear scent free on her stuff and I add an extra rinse to really rinse it off. Seems to have gotten it under control and cleared it right up. My sister uses California baby on her daughter, but I can’t justify spending $40 on baby soap lol. I’m sure you know what you’re doing but I wish I had known weeks prior to doing what I did to help my baby. By the 2nd night I saw a difference and by like day 4/5 it was gone. Completely gone within a week

Yes for the fragrance free laundry detergent / dryer sheets! I’ve had eczema since birth and recently found out I’m allergic to nickel ( nickel eczema ) which is surprisingly in some laundry detergents!
My daughter's both get eczema from pasteurized dairy. I have to even cut it out while breastfeeding. If all else fails, try cutting dairy a couple of days and see if it disappears or not. I found in cleared up almost right away of me not having dairy.
Do you love Ella’s Oribel high chair? I’m thinking about ordering it, but I did see just a little bit ago that there is currently a recall on it. Apparently the legs crack and break?! My oldest daughter has eczema and her pediatrician suggested 100% cotton clothes as much as possible. So must of her clothes is cotton. I have noticed when we buy anything else she gets so much eczema.
I have a question about pumping when you are overseas. How do you bring back the milk? Where do you keep it? How do you protect it from spoiling during the long trip back?
Fragrance free goats milk soap helps eczema sooo much! My son who is almost 3 still has it bad and feels like an alligator most times it’s the only thing that helped his skin
My baby boy is 6 mo and we’re doing exclusively baby-led weaning so no purées (no judgment, just sharing!) but you could mash up egg yolk with breast milk and spoon feed or I cook up egg yolk with a tiny bit of butter and cut into fingers for my son. Interesting about the PB2 idea! Thanks for sharing!

Egg yolk, banana and oatmeal pancakes were my kid’s favorite!! You could add peanut butter/PB2 to that as well!
