I had 3 under 1...had twins then our surprise was born 11 months later. (All boys)
As crazy as it was for years...I would give just about anything to go back.
Now the twins are 14 and little brother is 13 and it’s a whole new set of worries and emotions.

I have worried about prolapse before too! Sometimes I forget what everything looks like down their after pregnancy! Also I freakin love your day in the life's you always keep it so real and I feel like Im going to all of these places with you! Your sister is also so lucky to get Ellas hand me downs she always has the cutest clothes! I miss your face bad

Carter is so gentle and sweet. And such a good listener. I really admire that even though you are on your own sometimes you make the time and effort to cook for your family. You are mom/wife goals for sure. Oh I would choose the dentist hands down and it doesn't hurt that my dentist is very gentle and a sweetheart.
Aw thank you! We still eat out here and there but I do feel really good when I make my family a meal. It’s rewarding to me.
Love your videos as always!! Your eye rolling about the kids needing water is so me! My kids don't need stuff until it's bedtime and then all the requests come in! Ugh!
Also I have noticed you always tell them you're proud of them. I love this and I have started doing the same. I think it's a perfect thing to say before they fall asleep!
I’m so glad you blew the whistle on women needing to take care of themselves and make their appointments! I think a lot of us put “that” appointment off because it’s unpleasant but SO necessary!

I love that you're diligent about asking the cancer questions during your checkup. I always feel awkward during my yearly too, but it's the biggest sigh of relief when you get it done and over with and get that clean bill of health

Hey girl! I am new to your videos. I am really enjoying your “clean with me” videos. I want to let you know what you having nothing to worry about with non-organic produce. It is equally as nutritious and wholesome to eat. The “dirty dozen” is just marketing and getting consumers to pay more for the same stuff. Rinsing before you eat is plenty. Also, about the “mutant” strawberry. It is just a little deformed because of them growing together when they were first developing. I guarantee if you look through some organic berries you will find them as well!
Thanks for the Pap smear reminder! I totally did not schedule one and I’m 9 months postpartum. It is hard to remember to take care of yourself when you are a mom! Your kids are adorable and you’re a beautiful mama. Wish I could be as patient as you are 💕

I too have a family history of ovarian, cervical, and breast cancer. When I go in for my yearly check up I have them do a CA125 test. It’s blood work that can check for early signs of ovarian cancer. Wasn’t sure if you already knew about that or not so I figured I would share. Love your videos and your family!

Pelvic Floor therapist!! Just found out I have a prolapse after my first, at 23 years old 😳 Not fun but there is hope and physio really helps! Thanks for sharing your concerns about your symptoms. No one seem to talk about this. ❤️

Really great that you are encouraging everyone to get their smear tests when due- I’m a nurse in the uk & I perform cervical smears & exams, & it is so crucial for women to not put this off. (We only have them every 3 yrs in uk tho, unless issues which deem more regular). Great vlog Tiffany xxx

Please don’t feel embarrassed about a prolapse. I had a bladder prolapse after my first son (1 was 28 at the time). Thankfully it wasnt too bad - but recovery with physiotherapist and limited exercise has been stressful. A year postpartum and super nervous about getting pregnant again in a few months. Apparently prolapse is common- but not many people talk about it! I appreciate you bringing it up.
Also, Aldi has the perfect bars in the refrigerated section near the bowls of salad!!

Oh trust me I get the hulk out sometimes too. When I feel the hulk coming on I go and give them a hug and a lot of times they just collapse into my arms and change their whole attitude. Try it next time and see if it works and let me know!

Hey! I’m a dog trainer, & I highly highly recommend the newer bark collars (Amazon) as they’re cruelty free!
One kind only has a small shock the first couple times the dog is learning to use it, then there’s only a high pitched beep as the deterrent.
Another kind uses a citronella or eucalyptus oil spritz as its deterrent, which dogs generally don’t enjoy the smell of. 😋
Seriously. If you don’t have the time to invest in some serious training & the ability to stick with it 100% of the time, this is the simplest easiest most affordable & humane way to chill your dog out AND get your peaceful quiet home back. 😉
Also, just like the kiddos, be sure to give your critter(s) attention & praise when they’re calm & quiet, NOT when there’s a barkfest or screaming tantrum going on. 💕
(And yes while some people rave about cbd for dogs, mostly those who sell it, I’ve seen minimal effects. Very minimal. If your pup is having a major anxiety attack, try Benedryl.)

My son is 17 now but when toy story first came out- we literally had to watch the movie once a day for a whole year! He was really into routines lol. We also had to read goodnight moon each night that year and say goodnight to everything. EVERYTHING!!!!!! lol 😂 oh I miss those days lol.

Tiffany...I just love you so much. I am so concerned about some things health related you mentioned. I am a mama of 3 beautiful boys that are a bit older now. Several years ago I went through cervical cancer. I researched every natural treatment option and studied big hard the causes of it. I turned down all the conventional everything and found the book The Makers Diet by Jordan Rubin. Strongly recommend him for any health situations. I am a Christian and so is he. I followed the diet closely and got well and thankfully I have stayed well about 13 years. I have had hypothryroidism for several years so I understand that too and I was rushed from work to the ER 2 years ago with prolapse. I completely ignored the ER doctor. He wanted to remove every female organ I have and hollow me out. I said no thank you and went to my natural doctor and was referred to a doctor I had never heard of...You have to try this kind....all natural, no surgeries or anything risky. It's a special physical therapist that specializes in female pelvic floor problems and they are AMAZING!!!!!!!! You can totally heal from just about anything. She also treats diastis recti (can't spell it)...she can totally help you I promise. Also have a natural doctor check all of your hormones and make sure to balance all of them. Especially be sure to make sure you don't have estrogen dominance. If so it's important to balance those because that's a huge factor with some cancers....breast cancer especially. I have been working through estrogen dominance as well...only the natural doctors have really really helped me. Also plastics and BPA can cause cancers too. This is a hard one to eliminate but it's so important to do as much as you can with this one. And one more big thing I learned while dealing with cancer...sugar is the biggest thing that feeds cancer and causes it to spread. When I learned this I immediately took all sugar...all...out of my diet. I eat berries and very little fruit and eat all whole foods and good quality meats and no dairy or sugar and God healed me. I am praying for you to always be super healthy and believing you will be. But because I have experienced these things I just cared and wanted to share in hopes this helps prevent these things for you. I love you so much and your whole beautiful family too. :-)

I would choose dentist 🦷 over gyno any day. Ovarian cancer runs in my family also, my grandma died of ovarian cancer when I was 7 yrs old.

I worked at a vet clinic before I moved and we had this stuff called Mellow Out Pet Essence it’s just a liquid you can give directly or put in water. Some people swear by it you might try it for the separation anxiety. I know you can also order it online

I agree with the Gynea/OB visits. I am 6 weeks postpartum and went for check postpartum check up and pap smear yesterday and I told gynea exactly what you saying: When pregnant and giving birth I did no care who had to examine and see my lady bits but having pap smear 6 weeks postpartum was so uncomfortable I just wanted it to be over.
As a breast cancer survivor get genetic testing. Especially with a family history!!! Also gyno over dentist for sure lol! Also do self breast exams every month. I found mine in a self breast exam when I was 30 years old. Very important to know your breast tissue!
