Registration in working state Nsg council wasn’t necessary when I came here. If they ask, you could explain about “registration in each state Nsg council is not mandatory in India “.
Yes AIIMS experience was counted. They won’t ask for experience certificate. What they need is verification of services, which means verifying our work experience by a nurse in charge, HR or CNO.

i started nmbi registration.so whn i got employement form ,they are asking for organisation stamp.so is there any specification for that???i mean i got it from nursing superintendant and seal was his only.hospital name is also attached in that seal.is that fine??because i work in aiims and they dont have any seperate seal for hospital and each seal is come with designation..so that is okay??

Either you can explain that to nmbi in a reply email..sometimes they accept it. Or you can check with other candidates applied from AIIMS, what they have done. Also, check in the telegram group as well.

Any career gap above 3 months need to be explained. It won’t be a problem for registration. You could make an affidavit explaining the personal/family/ or any other reasons for career gap and submit.

You need to get your employment forms filled by each employer and good standing from Kuwait nursing council. Also, after interviews, your employer will ask you to verify your employment from each of these old employers, in order to calculate your pay scale.

We are talking about staff nurses basic pay here. €47,931 is the highest basic salary for staff nurses as of HSE’s latest staff nurse pay scale. And it could change with every salary revision. But if you take different roles after gaining experience like, nurse manager ( CNM 1,2,3) ,nurse specialist, senior nurse, assistant director of nursing, director of nursing etc etc.. your scale will definitely increase.

There is a slight difference in basic salary in nursing homes. In most nursing homes it starts from €18 or €19 per hour and the increments and other benefits would be less compared to HSE/ government. In HSE your hrly pay is based on your experience and increments every year.. you would also get many benefits like sick leave, holiday pays etc
