We visited pristina in March from U.K. and from the moment we landed we were treated amazingly by the most beautiful people I’ve met anywhere in the world . We had drinks paid for by people and always chatting to locals . We are returning in September as I left a massive place in our hearts . I’ll never ever forget kosovo 🇽🇰 incredible place . In the PISA rankings, Kosovo is among the worst placed, lower even than Palestine which has more Israeli and American bombs than school supplies. This explains the situation of this country and their mentality.
Not that the Serbs are any better...
I was there in 2019 and loved it people were friendly and as soon as you speak English they will do anything for you,and 90% of young people actually speak English.Also I have to say the food was excellent and probably cheapest in Europe.

As a person born and living in Prizren, i didn't really appreciate my city until i saw this video. You really killed the edit. Good job.
My father was a solider in 1999 and he told me how he and my uncle fight with the 🇺🇸, 🇳🇱 and our all NATO Allies against the Milosevic regime. Love from Germany 🇩🇪

They didn't fight Milosevic regime. They mostly bombed civilians and attack United Nations independent country. This is still Serbia by UN and international law. Pure force made it empty from Serbs and hundreds of Serbian old churches are destroyed. This violence made fake another, one more Albania state situation but is not natural or legal situation. You can still find thousends Serbian churches and fortresses 6,7,800 years old. Kosovo is Serbian word for bird Kos. Most names of rivers, city, land have Serbian origin. Don't hate anybody but that was truth. Your father and uncle never saw Serbian soldier on soil during the war. Except if they were English SAS or forein legion, mercenaries who were in battle on Serbia-Albanian border parts like Pastrik or Kosare. Other activity of NATO (99% of activity) was bombing bridges, trains, media, gas stations, hospitals, electrical power network, factories...

@@familyontherun Actually it`s not a country, but people are mostly very hospitable. You should visit Serbia also, and find out about their hospitability. The war on Yugoslavia was just one of the US imperialistic endeavours to establish another military base. It was done in the same pattern, on false accusations as weapons of mass destruction in Iraq, Syria, Libya, Afghanistan... I recommend you to read a book "NATO in The Balkans - Voices Of Opposition" by Ramsey Clark, Sara Flounders and others (1998).
P.S. Never mistake ordinary people with government or government`s shills. Serbians and Albanians are victims of their crooked politicians and mostly victims of US`s imperialistic cravings.

The National Library of Kosovo is one of the best bulinding in Balkan not just in Kosovo in aspect of architecture, this bulidin has a special facade with geometrc shape and represent modern architecture
the library was built by the Serbs, since the Albanians, until 20 years ago, proved to be extremely incapable of building anything and leaving anything behind in the form of cultural monuments. You are unique in Europe for that.

Deus me oriente a fazer da forma correta para que as pessoas entendão que eu quero o bem: Na bíblia sagrada existe um mandamento de Deus que diz " não furtaras ", infelizmente ao longo da história muitos vem desrespeitando este mandamento que Deus nos deu, por isso nas eleições votem em candidatos que vão a igreja todos os dias, que fazem a leitura da Bíblia sagrada diariamente muitas vezes, e que mais do que isso votem nos que respeitam e colocam em prática os 10 mandamentos de Deus, façam isso para que todos sejam salvos e para que o bem prevaleça.
Cosovo is a country where majority of the population is Muslim and actually that is the base of it's independence. There should be mosques in Pristina but those are not seen in your vdo. Churches are seen which seem to be modified from mosques.

The history of Kosovo is beautiful as the country itself, that Sinan Pasha mosque was in fact a Catholic monastery of Archangel Michael, was built by Albanians at that time, but with the coming of Ottoman Empire in 1615 (turkey today) who conqured the country more than 500, was turned to a mosque.

USA is on our pedestal because in the 1998-99 war when we were being killed and expelled out of our homes from Serbia, they saved us, brought us back to our homes, and brought us freedom. We are forever thankful and in debt for that, and it means the world to us. God bless USA!
