I saw John Waite in 1979 with the Babys. Then again in 1989 with Bad English then recently in 2019. The Cat's Amazing He still sounds as fresh and vital as he did as a young man. He still has long hair and looks young. He definitely is an inspiration to many including myself too just keep that same Rocking Attitude at life . Never settle for Square Boring regular existence always remain Hip and Cool and open to new ideas keep feeling the same way you did when you were young. Stay in Shape and prove to the world that I don't belong in a rocker. I Still am a ROCKER.

John Waite is such a cool inspiration and will always remain a legend in the hearts of many. What a legacy there are no rock and roll legends like this being made in the musical landscape anymore sad but true.

I never knew that The Baby's worked with Bob Ezrin? I have all the early L.P.'s, now I must find out more. It seems as though he's referring to their debut? That's amazing. And kinda funny, cause I always think of their first album as not being so well produced as much, but 'Broken Heart" , I could imagine for sure. Maybe It's time for me to go back to the vinyl and take a refresher on this one.. LOVE YOU JOHN!

truly one of the greatest ( underrated) best-kept-secret rock singers...ever. imo, right up there with Paul Rodgers... different texture and timbre'...but, equally as skilled and 'listenable'. just... a stellar performer.

He has aged gracefully but still sounds excellent if not better. I'll say he's somewhat underrated but has done well for himself nevertheless.
