I like my RPF1's because of the simplistic design and great rotational weight savings, they livened up my GTI and it constantly gives me positive road feedback paired with the H&R race springs, H&R sway bars, and Bilstein OE Sport shocks and struts with Falken FK510 tires in 225/45/17
Titan 7. You get all the full forged wheel greatness, strength and lightness of a Volk/BBS forged wheel at a lower price. Only thing is they only have 3 faces so far so you are limited on the look.
Remember that wearing Nike doesn’t make you run faster or jump higher..... it makes you look cool...... and looking cool... gives you the confidence to try to run faster and jump higher.... buy cool stuff for your car it’ll give you that confidence.
Wedssports flow formed tc105x($498) at 16.24lbs for 18x8 +35...vs RPF1 at 18 lbs. Their 18x10.5 is only 18.1lbs, so the same weight as an RPF1 but 2.5" wider!!! Its a revised lower rotational mass while still being a thicker lipped version of their Tc105-N wheel
@@kev6701 Nope! I'm on BC coilovers, so it's dropped about 1"-1.5". Super functional, doesn't scrape, and the fitment is spot-on for a good-looking track setup. If you wanted to stance it out, you can go with the +22 offset and a bit of stretch (like a 225 or 235 tire) with a few degrees of negative camber. @shitbox_brz on instagram is running that +22 offset stance setup.
@@SeanAlexStewart Damn thank you so much bro! I've been looking at different fitments trying to find something specifically that wouldn't scrape my daily.
I feel like my wheels were pretty much in the list because they are ESR RF1’s and they look like just like the Forgestars and are built the same way as the RF2’s SO close enough🤷🏼♂️
Umm what about konig flow formed wheels? Also the kansei roku is flow/rotary formed!? Is their whole line up flow formed? I always thought they were low pressure cast.
@@jeffreycattelino3996 Why would I bother, I have no intent of buying kansei wheels. I just assumed they were cast cause they look more like a stance wheel and thats all I really see them on.
They aren't, but at the same time most of their lineup aren't really performance wheels either. The Tarmac/Turbomac/Integrale are all incredibly heavy cast wheels for their size. The one they mentioned in this video is decent but everyone with a FiST/FoST seems to love those chunky bois.
*Focus is on wheels because fat profit margins selling them. Tire prices, even racing tires are fiercely competitive hence Alex downplaying them. Will probably get spanked for this: Initials are TR and AT, you get the picture. Cheers!*

What track wheel is the most underrated? Comment below! Also, don’t forget to check out the world’s largest fitment gallery!: bit.ly/2yzxQqY
Hey man where you in the military cause I just picked up on the phonetic numbers
Boss: We need to move some of this overstocked inventory
Alex: Say no more
This was a good video, always nice to hear about underrated brands and products - especially when they work well!

This was exactly the kind’ve video I’ve been wanting to help make my decision on wheels
How dare you not release this video exactly at 12pm.....
*likes video*.......*puts RPF1’s in cart*
*...with no regrets, ever. Cheers!*
Thank you for the help 👍
I really want you guys to start offering some O.Z. wheels.

Not the best analogy I’ve heard but not bad
Braid wheels . not well know in the USA but they are popular overseas . i run them on my boxster
I loved the video. Will you guys ever talk about Braid? They’re a great company in Michigan and do a lot in WRC and WEC
Maybe in the future!
Nice rims!

If you have a Honda or a BMW you probably already know, the Kosei K1 Racing is a great lightweight wheel
*...or a Miata or MS Protege. 15x7s ~13.5 Lbs. Cheers!*
future video idea...a list of cars that are difficult or near impossible to get the perfect fitment on...i think i may own 2😅
Apex racing wheels are also great for style and the track
Do a best wheels for around $800 for youngins that cant break the bank but are looking to get into the car community.
I just got the Roku's for my FRS. 18x9.5 +38 fits perfect with a set of 255 tires for a nice grippy setup.
Did you have to roll your fenders at all to run that fitment?

Team Dynamics Pro Race 1.2s
I'm still gonna get the Cosmis Racing MRII
What's the thoughts on OZ's superleggeras or ultraleggeras?
Very nice I like
How about the old school og Enkei OR 52's
I feel like my wheels were pretty much in the list because they are ESR RF1’s and they look like just like the Forgestars and are built the same way as the RF2’s

Konig Hypergram. You can get them in 17s and save a few bucks on tires.
bmw boys goes crazy for the forgestar f14's
I would like to see a video about the fox body mustang
But you didn't mention the RPF1!!! How dare you not mention ENKEI!!! The greatest of all time for everything ever
*Actually, Alex did. Notably failed to mention their low unsprung weight and good value. Cheers!*
what do you think of OZ like wheels brand? You never cite it in your videos
They make some good lookin wheels for sure
I’m here and I’m early as fuck and great video guys
5:29 (6 bolt viper)
am i a joke to you?
I would like if you guys do a "Niche wheels" video
Any tips for 15" rims?
Advanti Racing maybe, depends on the look you are going for

Thats true, socializing is overrated
I'm not sure fifteen52's are that underrated tbh
Need for Speed made it more popular tbh

*SSRs are superb for strength vs weight. Cheers!*
Enkei t6s, cheap te37s lol

Day 14 of requesting: "So you want a renault alpine" Yes I am going to keep trying, they are nice ok.
For fucks sake, it's EN-KAY. At least you guys call it WHEELS and not RIMS
Day 19 of so you want a toyota chaser

f14? aren't those like 30 fuking pounds? wtf?
