    What about if you’re folding between 1.6mm and 3.2mm steel but with a single tool? What are the problems with having the wrong size tool?

    How about 0.5mm stainless steel? Can i use this table as a reference?
    So, 0.5mm stainless steel, estimate inside bend radium is 1mm.

      It's best to work out based on the tensile strength of the material, there is a good calculator here - www.pressbraketool.co.uk/bendingcalculator.php
