Enjoyed this video. The styles were beautiful. I like that you did all your clients without an assistant which is personal service . I feel that so many shops are like factory assembly lines with all the assistants doing each service and the stylist is the last stop which is so impersonal. It was refreshing to see a stylist be totally hands on. Congratulations on your baby.
Yup my Aveda stylist does the same thing. Sometimes he teaches at the shampoo bowl or at the end of the service but he is always there checking how my hair responds. And he is Polynesian Maori and most of his clients are White. Bro ain't even black or straight. 😅😅. I love him though. I tell people we are in a long term relationship. 😅😂🤡 A client - stylist relationship.

I didn't have scalp congestion but scalp inflammation. My trichologists made me shampoo weekly with a non-stripping scalp shampoo and stop putting any oil, grease or butter on my scalp. They gave me a scalp mist and scalp gel to begin with which are very lightweight products. After two weeks the itching and soreness were gone. They also made me steam my scalp and hair daily. Now my scalp does not need the daily treatment. It can be ok for 7-10 days before needing to shampoo.

Crystal is so practical, I love it!! I had a very cheap wedding, my choice. My husband and I prioritized saving for our first home. That was more important than a big fancy wedding. We’ve been married for 32yrs ( in our home for 22 yrs). Her feelings about saving money for her children’s future education is worth GOLD for her kids.❤❤ Fantastic mom(with a good financial head on her shoulders). PS Some of these kids PARENTS, I swear, are living through their children. It’s like they peaked in high school and want to relive it through their kids.🤯🤯🤯🤯

My outfit was made for prom and graduation as it was the same day ($60), I had one top for graduation and switch the top in the car for prom, my dad drove me to prom after graduation, it was awesome, but that was many many many moons ago ! I am scared for my son's prom but I have time to save lol lol lol hopefully

👏👏👏👏 100% agree. We have to teach kids to think about future investment, instead of instant gratification. It’s hard when you’re young to picture being older, and what life will be like. When my kids started working after high school I encouraged them to open an IRA. They were spending so much money just because they had it. Practical subjects aren’t sexy, and young people don’t want to think or talk about them.😂😂😂 At that age we need to make them plan for their retirement, the government sure as hell cannot be depended on.

My Sister makes beautiful custom Prom dresses, for only $300. She does that for the Students and you would never guess the price of those dresses if you ever saw the finished products when worn by those young ladies!!

My graduation dress at 18 in 2000 was 100 bucks from Macy's. Makeup from Mary Kay was 100. I did my own nails and the jewelry was 25. Shoes were from Payless at 25. I reused all of it. Lol! 23 years later i still have the dress. I definitely can't fit in it now. For the 10 year reunion, i fit in it. 😅😅 Im frugal and sentimental. Lol!

Hi Crystal RUclips I went natural what shampoo should I use for my hair for going natural
I would say what do you want the shampoo do? I have 4 shampoos and I've been natural for over 10 years. I have a moisture shampoo, a protein shampoo, a clarifying and chelating shampoo and a scalp shampoo. I alternate every other week between protein and moisture. Every 4-6 weeks, I use the clarifying/chelating shampoo. I use the scalp shampoo when my scalp is irritated or inflammed. I shampoo every week to help my sensitive scalp be clear of product, sweat, chlorine(I swim) salt and pollution.

It depends on how dry your hair is. I have ultra dry hair. I deep condition weekly and apply a leave-in mist and a leave in cream conditioner daily. Now I have bleached honey blond highlights, I may need to deep condition twice a week and wrap my hair in a hot towel to steam daily. Some people can deep condition every 2 weeks and apply leave in once a week and their hair will stay moiturised.
