Honestly I don’t have a good dataset and it would take me forever to construct one given that it’s been 15+ years since I’ve done any schematics- or specification- driven piping.

Creo can generate Isogen. However, I am not familiar with its setup. If I ever get to it, it won't be for a long time.

I hadn't intended to. There's not really much you can do with an STL file once you get it into Creo, if you don't have the ridiculously expensive Reverse Engineering Extension, which I don't.
