Now you and I are truly brothers, excellent choice! Im running 255/40, no rubbing at stock height. Stiffened with an inch down im sure it would be fine as well
TPMS was a huge PITA when I got new wheels, I called my local Subaru dealership and they wanted 900 bucks for new sensors + programming - 550 for just the sensors, and over 300 for programming. I decided to get a set of Autel universal programmable sensors and the Autel programming tool to clone all my OEM sensors, but after 20-30 miles they just constantly threw TPMS errors. I finally ended up going to America's Tire and just purchasing whatever they had recommended for the 2022 WRX (433mhz tpms sensors). The sensors were 60 bucks per sensor installed, and it's been running perfectly ever since.
I had Pilot Sport 4S on my last car and loved them. But I got these tires for free from someone on facebook so I figured I'd run them a season or two before changing it up haha
Besides looks why is moving the offset of the wheels so the tire edge is even with the edge of the wheel opening such a big deal? Why does the OE tuck them in like they do? My guess is better overall aerodynamics. Am I right doing this is just for looks and little to do with performance or improved handling?
I don't normally comment on people's choices but that was exactly what I was thinking too. I've got concerns about the tyres. Stretched tyres without poke looks really bad, but ballooning these on a wheel obviously too narrow for it looks like the side wall is about to roll over the lip on the first corner.
@@bentaylor9769 same here, but knowing that wheels/tire combo can make or break the car’s aesthetics, I just had to. I honestly think the stock wheels would’ve looked so much better with 20mm spacers and even more so since it’s lowered now.
One Word: Superspeed 🇨🇦 RF03RR | 18x8.5 et35 | 17.08 lbs | $264 I'd stay at 8.5" running 245, which is the ideal size, but minimum size on a 9.5" rim...would be lighter, too. As for 265's, they're great for photoshoots and tuner marketing cars, but offer no genuine performance enhancement. They're heavy and require a bigger, heavier rim. They tramline much worse. Lower profile means harsher ride. Worse in the rain, more likely to hydroplane. And a benefit of awd is not needing to run huge tires for grip. And from what I see, cheaping out on the tires is extremely common.

My Autel TPMS works beautifully.
Not a fan but to each their own. I prefer the stockies more tbqh
Nice. Got ts5's in bronze 18x9.5 +38 and running 255/30 extreme contacts. I love it. Still trying to get the ride height on the silvers right.
Fitment is clean and that new finish is sick
NICE coming all together man
Ok I like the xt206r but it's way too JDM. After seeing this I'm for sure getting different wheels now 🤣
Can't you use an aftermarket tpms sensors? $500 is outrageous price!!!
Upgrading from the dunlops made such a massive difference for me. 255/35 Michelin are expensive but worth it

I live in Ohio, where the weather is bad with snow. I bought the Cross Climate2s from Michelin, and I'll never get a different tire highly recommend.

Doesn’t look great man, those wheels belong on a 1997 Mitsubishi lancer or mirage.

been waiting for this since day 1
Beautiful wheels .Definitely wait and go with 265. They don't make a tire yet in a 255 with the correct load index(98).
Nice, looks great! I put Black Rotiform FLG’s on mine 😊

I dont like them but thats jus my opinion, i respect yours. car looks great without wheels
I ran in here so quick thinkin you had whites!
I’m a chimp. I see doggo I hit the like.
I wish I had tons of parts laying around to put on my car 😢
Had you lowered it more from the last video with the stock wheels?
I did lower it a little more after adding the new wheels!
Are those rims lighter then OEM?
Great wheel choice, looks so good! How many miles on the e85 tune now? Running solid?
I think about 2k miles so far. So far, so good!
They look great!,
your description says its +38 offset and you say +35 in the video just curious which it is?
Sorry for the confusion it's +38
Looks great. Know what they weigh?
Website advertises these wheels at 21.75 lbs per wheel. Not hateful for the size, considering the Enkei RPF1 in this same size weighs at 23lbs
That is about 4 pounds lighter than the stock wheels. Lower weigh is always a plus.
Nice fitment fr
damn your car looks amazing
Yo this shit be lookin fresh fam frfr💯🙏 💰
How much do they weigh?
Nice wheel but I wouldn't have used the stock tires. That's just me.
I got them brand new for free off market place. Definitely wouldn't have bought a new set of them lol
Am I the only one who wanted to see the tires in the thumbnail?
275/45R18?
What happened to your last wrx?

Taken down by a stray water bottle
Hey man. We need better shots of the car.
Not sure what you're looking for. I covered quite a few angles in the video and I post a ton of pictures on my Instagram lol
