It's the unique blend of Achari Spices that really make this recipe come alive.
If you love achar then you'll love this bold Achari Chicken Tikka made in an airfryer for your ease.
This recipe can be prepared ahead of time and the combination of the char on the outside with the moist, juicyness inside make it hard to believe that they're made in an airfryer.
If you're looking for a recipe that's different to your standard tikka boti, then this is definitely the one!

Somebody please give this lady a TV series! Amazing food, prepared in an authentic and traditional way!! I’ve only recently come across this channel and absolutely love every recipe I’ve tried so far!! Never fails to disappoint! Cookery book and TV series is a must!! This lady is a million times better than any of the Indian/Pakistani chefs you currently see on TV!!
Plus one from me!
Shamza would be a hit on TV
She needs a spot on Saturday Kitchen or James Martin on Saturday to get her noticed.
Thank you so much for your kind words 💜 totally moved by this comment. Guess you all better get writing to the BBC 😁😉👍
My husband said the exact same thing! Wow, but I don't think I'm TV worthy 🙈

Can I have recipes with the quantities of spices please
They are listed in the description box for all my recipes. Thanks for your comment ☺️
The whole point of air frying is so you avoid using oil!
You can still use a little oil. You've never seen people spray a little oil onto their food to help with the air frying process??
@@crashbamkapow2834 . I use ninja foodie and I do not use oil when I use air crisp mode- it is not necessary or needed. But if people want to that's their prerogative .
@raz4083 Exactly. I have a Ninja one too, sometimes I use oil, sometimes I don't, depends what I am cooking. But you made it sound like it's not allowed. I assure you, loaaads of others give their food a quick spray of oil. Airfryers need some kind of moisture to work best, whether it's in the food you're cooking, over it, or both 🤷🏻♂️. The whole point is to use less oil, not necessarily avoid it.
I put 1L of oil in mine and deep fry it it's healthier
So many recipes...so little time
Lol definitely the case
I made your okra curry recipe today. Everyone who tasted it said it was really good 🫶
Great to hear this! Thank you for sharing this with me
