Superb performance of probably the greatest, most inspiring hero music ever written. Truly worthy of the gods on Mount Olympus. And how the mighty have fallen here in 2024. The absolute trash presented at the games in Paris is so sad.
Amazing how good a sound you can get when it's done n a studio and then played back as they move the valves. If you look closely, the breaths they're taking aren't enough to make that sort of sound. Air Band!

As a staff member that worked the Olympic Games in Atlanta in 1996 every time you hear this afterwards it does something to your heart

These are fanfare trumpets, or herald trumpets. Amazing sound!
