A Holistic Sound Healing Journey | 4 Chakra Sound Baths to Facilitate Internal Change

As I continue my journey of learning, I place more and more value in revisiting past lessons. Each time I do, I have a new perspective that allows me to find greater meaning.
In this sound bath, I’ve compiled 4 chakra-based sound baths with specific intentions. When combined, these lessons represent the holistic healing journey.
1: Expressing Your Authentic Self
2: Unlocking Your Full Potential
3: Connecting with the Universe
4: Celebrating Eternal Love
Each lesson will be 15 minutes long and comprise of a unique sound bath.
Listen for the bell to indicate a change in intention and place your focus on the new chakra frequencies.
I hope you can feel a cumulative affect as we progress through these lessons and leave this exercise in a state of deep reflection, leading to positive internal changes. Simply embrace the vibrations and allow them to guide you.

Precious moment for the Vibe Tribe!..My four year old woke early and is hanging with me while I watch/listen/reflect, and he just looked over and asked, “Can you pause it?” 46:19 Something he’s never done. Of course, I do and he looks at the screen and then smiles at me and says, “I love my belly. I Love my Belly So Much! Yay!” 🥰I adore that the first words he spoke today were actually bursting with self love and awe.
