Just installed on my 2021 Harley Fatboy 114 and wow what a difference. I installed the bottom kit and was simple to do. I took her out and rode tested and it held 65 mph against a headwind and didn't back off a bit. My advice to anyone considering putting one on, just do it your right hand and arm will thank you.
Top kit looks much safer in terms of being able to disenage and pull the brake lever. Definitely looking to get this over the brakeaway simply because it's significantly cheaper and easier to install. The only thing this is missing now is a means to make an automatic disengage when you pull the brake lever. Get that worked into the system for a 135$ price tag, and this would be the safest and most valuable throttle assist on the market.

I have a bottom mount and it makes my throttle stick as my 2022 GSXS1000 has a very small gap between the throttle housing and my grip barely enough for the atlas to fit , anyway installed like this but when you turn the throttle it doesn't fully release when you let go like it did prior to install making it very dangerous as throttle sticks on just slightly on my bike. So I don't recommend for very small gaps in grip. Tried to take my throttle housing apart to see if I could increase the gap slightly but no. So no go on the 22 Suzuki gsxs1000 :(
Hey! You need to pull back the rubber grip as seen in this video: ruclips.net/video/ba-Yed0cq_s/видео.html The grips are tight from factory but pulling back the flange as per the video reveals the perfect spot to mount the ATLAS!
@@ATLASMoto I just tried this and it mostly works it no longer binds on release, but the pads don’t put enough pressure to hold speed it slowly slides and slows down. I guess it’s enough to give my hand a short break. But it’s not able to keep a consistent speed unfortunately.

@@ATLASMoto yes, stock grips. I got it to work but only if the set screw is screwed in about half way. Their Atlas site video says to screw it in all the way.
The set screw will probably only go in about halfway on many bikes. You'll note the ATLAS is designed to fit larger and smaller throttle tubes. As such, it is common for the bolt to NOT thread in all the way. You only have to thread the bolt in until tight, which may not be all the way in. If you thread the bolt in too tight, it causes the throttle tube to pinch. Tight enough to be firmly mounted on the tube with no wobbling or shifting is tight enough.
