    What is liquid glucose? Where is it available? Any particular brand?

    Your recipe is super easy. What is the shelf life of the marzipan?
    Does it need to be refrigerated and for how long will it stay fresh?
    Can this recipe be used to make marzipan in moulds?

    • @marias4cakes
      @marias4cakes  3 года назад +2

      Thanks for looking
      To store if not using immediately wrap the Marzipan in cling film (without colour) and keep it in the fridge. When ready to use bring it to room temp before using again.
      This Marzipan can be made a couple of weeks in advance but personally I make, colour and shape it 5 days prior to Christmas eve and store it in a ventilated box at room temp(air tight box can make it sweaty). You can use this recipe for molds as well.

    Just wanted to know that when we use cloves as stem the marzipan end up taking the flavour of the clove which then doesnt taste so nice what are the other options.

    • @marias4cakes
      @marias4cakes  3 года назад +1

      If you don't like the flavour of the cloves you can try using clean broken stems of any fruits or vegetables.

    Hi Maria, your recipe is so simple and easy, can I use sugar syrup instead of liquid glucose and also can I make hollow eggs for filling with assorted chocolates and will the shell turn hard and retain it's shape.

    • @marias4cakes
      @marias4cakes  3 года назад +1

      You're welcome. I wouldn't know in grams as I didn't weigh it but I had about 16 pieces of 'fruit' if that helps to double the portion if required.
