Yaesu FT-757GX Tuning Knob issue

This rig has serious issue with its tuning knob. I could tune vfo smoothly. Here is a restoration short video of FT757 radio.

My encoder is all floppy. It has never frozen the display yet. Have you had any luck finding a suitable replacement encoder?
