Agr gamma motor neuron yaha hyperstimulate hota hai toh phir normal condition mai kis chez sai inhibit rehta hai, which prevents this hyperstretch in normal individuals

Sir kindly explain the effect of deafferentiation point again in diff b/w intercollicular and ischaemic decerebration.
Firstly...deafferentiation means ...we r cutting dorsal roots or sensory roots of Spinal cord....and since in intercollicular ..hypertonia is lost bcz if was reflex or sensory impules are coming from muscle Spindle and then there is excessive discharge from gamma neuron due to release phenomenon...but as after deafferentiation ..we have removed or cut sensory roots...no sensory impules ...and thus no persistence of hypertonia ..and this shows that it was reflex in origin ..got it....???

Actually ...i teach concepts from all books ..guyton ..ganong ..AK jain...but AK jain contains a lot of unnecessary factual information thats why i didn't use it in explaining concepts ....but still most of the things are covered from am Jain....and everything ..each and every line from guyton...😃😃🤘
