I went magic because the early party members you get are all physical. Mage lets you hit weaknesses early on really well and the endgame class for MC is a hybrid anyways. Probably going to level strength and magic equally.
@@quickpawmaudI’m level 34 and basically done what you said my mc is dedicated magic user then I got a tank with a healer and a pure physical damage dealer. I really like how you can look at most of the archetypes ahead of time plus see and future bond perks for characters I’m assuming it’ll be like 3 reload where there’s a “ultimate” archetype once you get everything master since it’s been alluded too in dialogue. I just turn my brain off and farm it’s really enjoyable in this game imo
@@MintConsumerMaster everything only gives op gears(not needed). If u want their special/endgame archs all u need is to level their conditions, like animagis and summoner for noble summoner and so on. Maxing all generates stats to end up as jack of all trades if want. My mc ended up with 55 as min stat and 90 highest on atk with mag following at 89, agi and res i mixed baths to be above 55... The gears are weapons with 500 atk and a random special effect like nullifying an ailment or boosting ur press turns/dmg kinda. They even give some class exclusive weapons along those that are character exclusive, like one for the merchant class that makes the money attack cost 0
@@punani_slayer4209by playing? I'm with 75 hours counting my time with the demo and saved on final fight. Am just running around grinding a bit arch levels cause only fully mastered 3 characters(the 3 from the demo hahaha). The others are worked up only to release their bond archs
Ehh idk. You dont technically unlock tycoon until pretty much endgame so phys stays relatively even with magic. On one hand you have the 0 mp skills from the faker line that are phys almight based but on the other hand, magic can get powered up relatively early too due to the fact that they can cause statuses and hit weaknesses.
I'm not going to look at that list due to wanting to see it all for myself but Tycoon, the upgrade to Merchant, seems to have this game's equivalent of Apt Pupil. *sigh* I knew this game would be phys-biased but it still disappoints me that it's to this degree. I don't even mind that stuff like this exists but at least throw those of us who want to do something different a bone.
yeah its getting kinda old that the recent smt and persona games physical is king since i much prefer magic due to better looking effects imo like some of the unique magic skills in smt 5 were *chefs kiss*. but long gone are the days of like smt 4(and i think early personas) where magic was god tier.
So to get 50% crit chance your whole party has to have merchant on cause that’s a lot of gold one person with him on would be cool and I want other party members to have different archetypes or am I wrong and it’s 50% with just 1
1:15 pretty sure all those passive skills are party member exclusive, so it's technically not really relevant for the stat distribution for the MC. Phys is still better tho...
5x3 = 15+30 is 45% but luck has a hidden crit chance increase no clue how to fiquor that out maybe do like a 2 str 1 luck upgrade? or flip it 2 luck 1 str meaning you level luck up twice and then str 1 so a 3 level pattern?
Its base 35% not 30 Also luck scales based on the luck of your opponent The less luck they have, the more chance you have (if it’s above it) This is the crit rate formula: (attacker luck + 50)/(defender luck + 50) x skill crit
Lack of Kazuma Kaneko demons is stopping me from loving this game. It is very very good though. Idk man. Also the superboss is an utter wet fart. Just really pathetic.
@@Legendaryyy77 Yea but that’s not enough. Maxing out Archetypes does not hit nearly the same to me as using a skill that summons Shiva called “Summon Fury”. Also note I said that I don’t love the game, not that it’s a complaint against the game itself. I still called the game very very good. As someone who played Megaten since 2011, ofc I’m gonna prefer mainline SMT and Persona. I’m still gonna enjoy this game, just yeah, not at all a fan of archetypes.
Heard it here first folks, beating your foes to death with sheer capitalistic force is the play.
Not the early RUclips intro, and the what’s up guys, back at it again 😂 this really threw me back.
😭
"BY THE MYRIAD TRUTHS!" GOD DAMN intro goes hard every time. Seriously though, I'm excited to watch your guides for the rest of the month!
Thanks king
I’m so hooked on this game t but it for the steam deck to play it on the go 😂
Just a heads up, it's pronounced "Ark-uh-type"
babe wake up,Mr guide who grinded too much aka MR Legend uploaded another video today.
(2 videos on a row? That's crazy)

How tf did you already reach endgame. The game just came out.....
@@punani_slayer4209 didn't but I know what the final classes are for the characters. They are basically just better versions of their starting class.

Another Atlus game where Strength/Luck is king, who would have guessed!

im not gonna actually watch this cause i wanna cook my own stuff bui9ld wise but i wanted to stop by for the view anyway.

It’s a single player game. If you want to be a wizard. Be a wizard, the only thing stopping you is a lack of passion
@@montef368 I’m still doing it. Just don’t care for how it’s balanced.
Arch a type is crazy 😂
I've been dumping all my points into luck so far - I'll have to switch to str soon haha
Noble skills are locked behind party members 2nd awakening, so beware of spoilers
also i believe locked to said follower
2:18 do you mean the minotaur dungeon? And the pronunciation of Brigitta is Bri (like the beginning of Brittany) -geet-ta.
Goblin dungeon mainly becuz that’s where all of them are
But yes that is where you can find the Minotaur boss
Pronounced *ark*-etypes, not arch.
Brigitte is *Bridge-eat*
Dump everything into Luck and believe Capitalism is the Way!!
(Edit I’m really happy I chose luck. I get so many drops. It’s crazy)
I am goign to restart and do this lmao ill force some other cump to be a mage to kill the dragon.
Do you need the same lineage archetypes for diligent passive to stack?
Yes
So the solution is to throw money at all your problems got it.

Just 3/4 at least
4/4 would be 55%
What happens if you put a lot of points in luck could that help and decrease how many people you have merchant equipped
Those weaknesses are attrocious
I haven’t run into a single person using em yet

Guys is it good to grind in the desert for EXP?
u could a bit yeah
every place where you regenerate enemies is good to grind - but you either kill all in turn based fight for xp or overworld for all else + mana/money
