There so many ways to cook humba you can add sugar if you want it a little bit sweet...or use sprite or 7 up to soften more the golden fried pork...in pgilippines there so many of humba some cooked very soft with sweetness, some also were seasoned like you do...
Wow humba! One of my favorite dishes in the Philippines. Galina you nailed it perfectly. Nice! that is the reason why Roberto loves you because you have a guts to learn the Filipino culture and especially on how to prepare the Filipino food...👍👍 Prince is getting big and missing you so much!
Good job, Galina!! Your mom knows how a food taste good….. you made that “humba” a Visayan delicacy, very well done with the banana blossoms as the prime ingredient!! 👍🤗🫶🏻🇵🇭
Hi Galina, you can cook the same way with a pork leg (front leg). Just ask your local meat shop butcher to cut it to pieces and cook it that way and we call this dish "PAKSIW NA PATA NG BABOY." Salamat! P.S. - don't forget adding cruched garlic and let the pork cook til it is tender.
Gud morning galina happy 80 independence day in belarus im whatching the 80 independencr day from minsk i saw the military parade ang other culture from ur country and also you cook the filipino dishes ha like humba and ur mother was eating so much and she like it and shout to me galina from tondo manila bye

Galina cooking filipino foods in your country 🇵🇭🇧🇾 why'd you try to have a business venture using social media as a platform like catering in big event or near establishment
Your cooking is not right... your mom doesnt taste the real filipino foods...theres no beans in Humba... pine apple or banana called sabà is better than beans
You can correct her in a nice way.Remember that she is just experimenting and learning how to cook humba! She may have used beans because black beans are not available! She will cook it perfectly next time with pineapple juice,a little brown sugar and vinegar.

Hello pilipina
Hindi ganyan mag humba Galina. Fried first with his oil
Humba is Synonimous to Cebu and Originally a Cebuano Comfort food, you should not call it philippine humba, BUT HUMBA CEBUANO
Tama because cebu is another planet not part of philippines.. problema nito yun lang...😂
You made adobo, not humba. Humba has sugar.
Hmm , I can smell the sweetness of your humba !
Hindi masarap yan pag walang vetsin...
