Hi, How to install ODK Central on Windows IIS server. Is it possible?

Great Video, But I would like to know how to create a dashboard when you have multiple choices or categorical variables with label values, I have tried to connect ODK server to power BI and excel, but it displayed the label value I mean something like 1 and 2 instead of displaying Female and Male. It seems that this dashboard in excel and power Bi works only for numeric and string variables only. but not for categorical variables.
