The foreigners manipulating images meme came about because a Japanese fan was explaining to other Japanese fans why there were so many pictures of Hololive members with their images messed with, so when the people on 4chan are saying foreigners they are actually talking about themselves in this instance. The part where it said Japanese like manipulating images was from bizzarro vt which is like an opposite land so again even though they said Japanese they were actually talking about themselves.
the notice about licking chairs was a hoax, the poster of the image eventually explained it was just for the meme.

I think you might have misread this part as that post did not blame Fuwamoco but the fans that acted... lets say overzealous in their behavior at that donut place, which could result in giving tourists in general more of a bad name
Like for examples: how a couple of nuisance streamers made the general opinion of streamers drop in Japan
and how some tourists being a nuisance caused all tourists being banned from entering a/the geisha district in Japan (and smaller locations like some stores/restaurants)
but I do agree that one should not blame the streamer/famous person for the behavior of their overzealous fans (especially if such behavior was denounced)
parrot4chan having to deal with all of 4chan /vt comments, seems quite rough especially with how 4chan comments tend to be either thirsty or unhinged

There is something to be said for calling things "just a meme" and not putting thought behind the language we use. (Btw, PLENTY of autistic people have HORRIBLY misinformed takes about autism in general, usually because they are force fed that misinformation as a kid by "well meaning" educators, parents and "therapists".)
At the end of the day, the fact that this meme exists IS pretty horrible for us autistic people, because it equates special interests with "useless information". You might not realize how harmful that can be, but it's gone far enough that there are enough cases of this type of bullying leading to autistic kids unaliving themselves that it NEEDS to be discussed! It's things like this that change something from "just a meme" into something serious!
I don't blame you for not knowing this, because it's not common knowledge...but I hope making you aware of this will make you more careful of dismissing something as "just a meme" when that meme shows something about our culture which is dangerous!

Parrot is great, his edits are funny as f, though definitelly NSFW and the originals on Patreon uncesored are even better. Actually when i first heard him a long time ago i hated his voice because of the hard accent, it felt like it ripps my ears. Though when i watched him again couple of months back i was ok and i do like his voice now. I am even a Patron now(when you stopped the video at 44:34, you can see my name at the bottom right on 5 place).
