Hello, I'm Rie, a Japanese female guitarist. Currently, we are holding concerts mainly in Tokyo.
She has composed all the songs herself and has released 15 CD albums to date.
If she gets the chance, she would be happy if she could listen to other songs as well.

This song has meant so much to me over the years, that I am literally tearing up as you play such a beautiful performance of this classic from Steely Dan. Harumo, Juna and the rest play with such authenticity and a loving touch, it melts me away.

You should! Luckily they play there a lot in Tokyo. I was lucky enough to see them recently and would highly recommend it.

Impressive rendition of the Steely Dan classic...I was especially impressed with young Kanade Sato's handling of Steve Gadd's drum work....The Ladies never fail to produce high quality and enjoyable music....two thumbs up...

Wouldn't do the song justice if the drum part wasn't fabulous and it was. Kanade Sato nailed it. Great work by Harumo, as well. Some of SD's best work too.

Great version. Mad respect to the guitarist for rocking a Randy Rhoads/Marty Friedman guitar in a jazz/rock track. The Gadd and Shorter parts were expertly handled too.

It isn't like the shape of the guitar makes any difference. And with all the pedals and postprocessing, you can't tell it from any other guitar anyway.
A long time ago, Rie applied for Marty's seminar hosted by Music Institut JAPAN, and she won it .
They also had a guitar session together (Jackson Guitars Japan 2022 May)

so nostalgic. my dad brought these albums home when I was young. Muses are playing Steely Dan, Jeff Beck, Chick Corea. If they play other era stuff like Return to Forever (or solo offshoots from Stanley Clarke, Al Di Meola, Lenny White), or something from Jerry Goodman and Jan Hammer, Pat Metheny, I might crap my pants. So cool to hear this stuff from great musicians so many years later. Musees original music is great also.

Wow, the ladies are taking over and about time too. Absolutely superb job on this SD classic song. Great atmosphere and every nuance of the song was there. I recognised Juna from Shoka's band and there are lots of great Japanese musicians out there. Must give credit to Kanade for her spectacular drumming. Well done to all musicians. I didn't know Muses but I've now subscribed. Not to be confused with English band Muse.
