  • The Peugeot Rifter LAV a very versatile vehicle with 3000 litres of space as the 5 seater, also available in a 7 seater, it comes with a range of engines, gearboxes and trims.
The Rifter combines rugged styling, with a sporty cockpit and range of tech, its comfortable room and very affordable, our model is just over £24,000.00.
It's mobility minded with 2 sliding doors and a raised ride height, the 1.5 turbo diesel BlueHDI engine is peppy and delivers around 50mpg on a decent run.
A great looking vehicle that you can make look really cool with GT line trim.

Practical, reliable, good looking and very sturdy. This new Rifter is my #1 favourite multi purpose vehicle and I love it.

Found your review very informative and we've managed to shortlist the two vehicles we were interested in based on this and one other review, this and the Vauxhall Combo Life, but unfortunately we weren't able to find a dealer close to us that could allow us a test drive of the Combo but having looked and compared specs on both online and with your video in particular, and having managed to test drive the Allure 1.5 it's night and day. The centre console on the Rifter is a deal breaker, whereas the Combo similar spec is completely bare, 2 armrests on the Allure, 1 on the Combo, thanks again, really helped :)

I’m Mr Beige and have owned multiple Citroen and Peugeot versions. The most recent has connected sat nav, 6 speed, glass tail hatch and more importantly individual removable seats. Great for load and bike carrying. I might have to keep mine a bit longer rather than lose this capability.
I have never in any model managed to come close to the projected MPG no matter how saintly I drive. Lane assist would be cool though.

Both offer a very similar driving experience. Both are very comfy, the Rifter does feature the smaller steering wheel from other Peugeot models which does give it a slightly sportier feel.

PSA needs to offer this as an EV; there seems to be enough space under the floor for a battery pack. Perhaps they could use a similar motor and battery pack as in the eCorsa (100 kW, 50 kWh, 205 mile range).
