میں بھی ایسے مواد کا عادی تھا
بس ایک دن فحش مواد دیکھتے دیکھتے خیال آیا کہ یہ تو وہی سکرین ہے جس پر قرآن بھی پڑھتا ہوں اسی موبائل میں قرآنی آیات بھی محفوظ ہیں۔
ویسے تو بچپن سے سنا ہے کہ قرآن کو وضو سے اٹھانا چاہئیے اور یہاں میں اسی سکرین پر ننگی خواتین دیکھ کر اسی سکرین پر قرآن پڑھتا ہوں۔۔ بس یہی سوچ نے اس رات سے اب تک فحش مواد کے قریب نہیں آنے دیا۔

Great video. May Allah reward you. Get married young. Get busy in becoming beneficial person. Read Quran with understanding and never overeat. Make habit of praying in masjid. Practice fasting as often as one can. Do exercise at least 5 times a week. Stop watching movies and dramas as they are source of provocation. Lower your gaze when outside of the house. Lastly actually Firstly, ask Allah's help and guidance to overcome this sin of zina.

3. Don't spent time while you're lonely.
4. Get yourself in a physical activities like running etc.
5. Balance diet like vegies etc
6. Get yourself busy in learning new things like studying, financial courses IT related.
7. Play sports in your free time.
8. Offer prayers five times a day.
9. Recite Quran majeed at least after morning and night prayer.
10. Get in to bed at 10pm and get up at fajar prayer.
