Then I was on the team that developed the QuesTech Charisma DVE, and about the same time Sony brought out the D1000 digital video tape recorder. Now you could do that sort of thing at low definition if you had about half a million to spend on equipping the studio. Now I see you doing perfect high definition multipass, including complicated DVE moves, on reasonably priced equipment. That's fine. But I also see your brilliant creativity using the technology to make charming, delightful videos. You are doing what we set out to do three and a half decades ago when we invented digital editing. I hope you'll forgive an old man a few tears of pure joy that this is where the path has led. Go on being wonderful.

I watched this over and over again. As a deaf man (wearing hearing aids) I am drawn to the mouth, where you sang with clarity. I didnt need CC to understand what words you've sung. So clear and all. I hope you get your dreams, achieve your goals in the future. :)
I actually understand that without being deaf. It is amazing. I am not native English speaking. I do speak English, don't get me wrong, but sometimes it is still - even though I have to speak English for my work - difficult to understand songs. I just saw her "how deep is your love" cover, and thanks to Anne I for the first time listened to the words. Until now it was beautifull music to me.
Roy's music is certainly alive. His voice, creativity, pitch control, and vibrato have been matched by very few. Only one name comes to mind for me, Elvis. Roy and Elvis covered at least 1 or more of the same songs. I could literally not distinguish one voice from the other when the same song was covered. Roy and Elvis music will always be remembered. ❤️

I very seldom leave comments on videos. A good friend of mine shared the link to your video, I watched it and it must have been around five minutes after the ending that I realised the song ended. I was so caught up in the moment and your amazing talent. It brought back many memories. Beautiful memories. Not only is this song very special to me, it reminds me of my childhood. I knew Roy very well and when I think of him I smile. Occasionally I would have tears in my eyes. This song was covered by many artists (and I heard almost all of them)however, it's the first time I hear 'You Got It' sung in a way that if I didn't know about the song, I would have believed it to be your own.
