  • On Sunday 2nd October 2022, we spent the late afternoon at West Bromwich Central to photograph and video the day's output.
In the evening, we visited Birmingham City Centre to get some night time shots and footage.
Trams in service on Sunday were:
    CAF Urbos 3: 19 21 23AD 31 37
    CAF Urbos 100: 38 39 43 46
Of note, 39 had lost its Birmingham University/Commonweath Games allover advert and was now, once more, in fleet livery
Brand new 46 (on third day in service) was out in service and looking and smelling very new indeed! We travelled on it in the evening.
There were still issues with the real time information - trams were running only to Bull Street because of City Centre protests and the Conservative Party Conference but the real time displays clearly stated to Library. More confusing were trams running to Wolverhampton showing Library and even one tram showing Edgbaston Village on the rear destination display and Library on the front and sides.
Some trams just showed Birmingham to add to the confusion.
We hope you enjoy this presentation and that you "like" and subscribe in order to keep up to date with the latest additions.
