SAY NO TO KNOCKOFF BRANDS(who might use anti-environment things)
Bandai is the way to go,.
even Char was working there as a prove,.
Best Toys Manufacturer~~~ Personally think that its quality is far more better than Hasbro~~~
That forklift is piloted by Char Aznable :3
not only do they make us happy but they make the earth happy too! golly gosh!
永遠支持BANDAI
頂尖的科技,製作現代模型
Great Great video GG, love watching stuff like this. It shows how much work really does go into producing the things we love to work with. Anytime somone whines about the dimensions of a model kit or the colour I feel like sending them here and then telling them to do it there self :P
Awesome video!
Really cool to see how/where it all comes together...
Thanks for sharing!
That sir, was totally badass.
awesome product must come from the more awesome factory!
this is a very good video I enjoyed it so much XD
awesome place
This was a sweet video.
The process is literally top-down
I love gundam!
now i know where is my gunpla made from....LOL awesome video
waooo i wanna visit there ..
Wow ! I finally know it
I love Bandai and the engineering they use for their kits that's why I go Bandai as much as possible. But I also buy the bootleg ones from time to time for trying painting techniques I have in mind or if I cannot find the kit I am looking for. Though I have to say these bootleg kits are really a pain to build even if others say they are near 'bandai-quality'. Near bandai-quality my ass. I could only imagine how Daban and other bootleg companies 'reverse-engineer' the kits. I bet it's pretty much:
1) Buy a target Bandai Kit,
2) Make a plaster mold of each runner from the kit,
3)Create a master mold from the plaster mold,
4)Melt cheapest PS/ABS/PE possible and pour into mold for manufacturing,
5)Print copies of the decals, stickers, seals and boxes,
6)Slap on a non-bandai brand mark,
7)Sell cheaper. *QA step ignored* - oh, there's also a wildcard step #8 they sometimes have to do:
*8)Pay lawsuit costs
what if i told you u just unskilled to build gundam, i bought a lot of bandai gundam HG,MG, SD, and RG. But... Bootleg is not that bad. What if i told you it's not pain to build the bootleg of you know the trick. And also, bootleg often give special parts and stand which is not inculded in Bandai so that's another reason for buying bootleg. I didnt intend to provoke people buy bootleg or something. But you need how to learn building gundam more than you got. If you can't even build bootleg, you will never learn to custom your Bandai
Esa Shafly hey sir, I am not bashing bootlegs altogether, if that's what your thinking. In fact, I get PG kits in its bootleg form (I got PG Red Frame Astray right now and some model comprehend stuff in the past and I also like Daban bootlegs). I am putting into perspective the older kits and some from like Model RC that are sometimes just too poor and also my sentiments that me buying a bootleg is like robbing bandai. Sorry if I made it sound like I am poor unskilled gunpla builder. Please don't be too serious - my initial comment was meant to be a satire.
Yeah i know.. sometimes i feel guilty bought hongli/ daban.. but you know.. it's not hard to build hongli model. I don't want to oppose bandai but hongli model is buildable dude.
I know. I built a Sinanju ver Ka when the company was still called TT hongli. Painted it and modded the joints for more articulation (due to tight joints after painting) - loved it. Loving the new PG red frame from Daban - the engineering is now better.
yep
thats soo cool :D
one thing i like about gunpla is that they are made in japan, not china!
hell yea
soon~~~ they will be~~~
@Alien from Other planet yeah and those copy cats look like shit and has no originality. They are leechers that deserve to be closed down.
I would rather pay a bit more than die from the fumes of a bootleg kit
one of the wonders of the world, that's my opinion
its cool,i love it lol
Bandai sure knows how to run a factory.
eventhough they have good technology they still seem to struggle on the QC area..
Forklift Char Custom :)
This is pretty cool though.
nice vid gg
Where is the rx78 forklift?
Hmm, interesting to see. I think that the same building was used for that Real Grade kit advertisement too. Anyway, good to see how it actually works and it does confirm that they can easily remake old molds if they want since they are pure digital data now. Also curious to see that there are only 16 machines working there, would have thought more. Then again I don't think Gunpla numbers are that high.
OMG it has SUBS I love you GUNDAMGUNS!!!
@Gomenchaiii DOH!! lol...thanks for the heads up!!!
Heyy man you did no credit to the song that plays after 4:38 😜
i heard that they pay very good over at Bandai JP.
i never knew they ran an operation so big....
簡直是印鈔機
為什麼沒有出「V2鋼彈超合金所有配件配套總娤的合金模型」????
Fantastic video, really informative.
I wonder how one could arrange to get a job there !!
I got a job as a janitor there and it was wonderful.
The Ver.Ka machine is very long.
i love bandai hobby center because they made gundam
(wrong gramar sentence)
I wonder how much the designers are paid.
theres a galbaldy betakit but is not hg .
is a old kit i have that one 1/100
is there a way to contact them for missing parts ??? if anyone know plx tell me. in my box where 2 wrong sprews with all the parts from a other model, so im mising alot of parts.
you can order the missing parts on a sheet that is in the instruction booklet, only thing is bandai will only ship the missing parts to you if you live in japan,
@jabman025
3x faster than a normal forklift!
xD
Dream job: this
Or working at HLJ
so...i guess they can also make bmw bike models?
반다이신기함
日本が大嫌いな癖にガンプラは好きなのか?
what's freeform software omg
anyone can tell me what 3d modeling software bandai use?
Yudha Christian maybe autoCAD
I WANNA WORK HERE
bandai banzai!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
3:30--Synthetic resin? I always thought it was polystyrene plastic.
Pretty sure that's just a generic term they're using. Gunpla are made with polyethylene for the polycaps, polystyrene for most parts, and ABS for some parts.
wait what the item there? 1:59
wonder if they look at our comments on what kits they should make, if they do, hope they make a sp2, sp custom, ez8, etc. for the hguc line. Why not show 08th ms team and the sniper's some love and care :/
0:39 万代嗜好中心?哈哈哈哈哈
her voice sound familiar
Do they use 3d printer to make the prototype?
+Khoa Tang the video is very old
but they must be using it now
+Khoa Tang the Eden machine they showed is a stratasys 3d printer, they probably have their newer models by now.
Its cheaper to use moulds as they make the Gundam parts in mass production
turkish robot made please bandai
4:38 does anyone know the song?
As a new age lover and a nature lover I want to know too . 10 years on and I still don't know whats title of the song. I think you would like Enya if you like this type of music
GundaGuns? You spelled your own channel name wrong!!! XD
So.. that's where they design the models. MAKE ME A GM III DAMN YOU!! joke... joke.
BANDAI CHOBBY SENDAO, wheee, I understand Japanese!
社員は制服を着てんじゃなかったのか。
I will never understand why bandai made a HG hi-zack but not a HG galbaldy beta.
Guess what
those people don't look happy working there..
Gundam coloured toilet. Nuff said
YAAYYY NOT MADE IN CHINA YEAYYY
Well, the plastics are 😂
Hire me
