Let me just comment on how happy I AM TO SEE THIS CHANNEL AT 100K just motivating for me and other creators to want to tell stories !! GREAT WORK TEAM
Great video, like all of yours. This is the one place I try to avoid when I'm in Manhattan. Would love to see a video of the surrounding boroughs
Great suggestion!
I love these videos! You are a fantastic story teller
Great work @DanielsimsSteiner !!!
I hope this channel grows more
Another job well done!! Such a valuable channel
I never knew Times Square was named after the newspaper. I recall a few decades ago, it had a shady rep. It is cooled how the area transformed. I am from Chicago.
very cool video. can you do one on the history of the shore line of Manhattan
I love everything NEW YORK. It fascinates me. Thanks for bringing the city's colorful history to us at home.
Cheers and love from the Philippines!🎉
More to come!
Loved it, can’t wait to see the grand central video ❤
Coming soon!
Isn't the VJ Day kiss photo now thought to be pretty problematic since the nurse said it wasn't consensual?
The woman who was kissed understood what was happening, and when interviewed, she had fond memories of that day. I doubt it would have become so popular had she been offended. Being a bystander of unbridled joy kinda happens when you show up to a celebration.
What a horrible place It became...
I was there last night!
Nothing like it!!
Almost every day when i was there
Great video. Times Square has become a horrible place in my opinion. But the theaters and Junior's is there!
👍👍
Only Americans would think that they are important enough to be the crossroads of the world
Being surrounded by such ugly in-your-face advertisement is just so obnoxious and annoying, and why anyone would want to go there and take pictures of it is beyond me. Are there any redeeming qualities to this space, or is it really "Oh let's go look at all th ebillboards and moving advertisements" ?
Other than getting accosted by con artists? No
It’s an embarrassment that this is such a symbol of the US, I can’t say it’s not representative though…
Glad to hear I'm not the only one who hated this spot in NYC which is otherwise a great city.
sounds like a lot of reasons not to go
"It's essentially the crossroad of the world"
- Obviously, an American, because the USA is the world
