    You look so masculine, after only 6 months! I'm on gel, and I was worried that the changes would be too slow, but this has helped calm me :)

    So glad to see you're still documenting even when you don't feel like it. You look and sound great!! Also i too am dysphoric about the smallness of my hands. That's cool that'd your feet have grown! Anyway. I'll be in touch soon. Hope you're well. Love seeing your updates.

    I love watching your videos. I can't really find too many guys documenting transitions on gel. My appointment is on the 15th of December and I think I'll choose gel.

      Hi Leo! Thank you for watching and I am glad you like the videos, I hope they are useful. There are a couple of other guys who started documenting their changes on gel before me, have you seen their videos, Taylor and Seb's here now? Good luck with your appointment and I hope you get what you want!

    I'm so glad you've made this video! Im going to be using t gel because I have a severe phobia of needles and I know I won't be able to cope with it every 1/2 weeks, hormone blockers are already such a struggle for me rn but I only have 4 injections left before I can start T!

    I'm six months and no facial hair or voice change at all for me. My body fat and bottom growth is the only changes for now

    I prefer the gel. I find it works evenly. more stable without fluctuations. will stick to gel.

      lokahi27 yeah I agree ☺️ the only time/thing I seem to have a problem with is when I don't have any gel or when I forget it.

      roadmapzach: I think the injections are way to fast. i understand that some T guys want to speed up the process. I guess there are a handful of us who like the way the gel works. I think for some the gel does not work as well. I don't like the acne! lol. not to bad, but it seems like I am going through puberty again!😂. Great videos, keep up the good work. my hands, feet are bigger as ever. I always had big hands and feet, but bigger now. Hope to see more from you.
      aloha from Hawaii!

      oh and quite hairy too.lol

      @roadmapzach  7 лет назад

      lokahi27 aloha to you too! I've found there isn't a difference in speed of changes on gel VS injection. My friend and I started t with only two weeks difference. He is in injections but are changes are quite similar in timing. His voice did deepen before mine and I got more hair before him. But I think they are very genetic factors.

      my friend you look like dude and your voice sounds like a guy. you totally pass. I have been on the gel for about 7 years and lapsed twice for only a month each time due to my medical coverage not covering certain T- gels and creams. But, all has been steady so far, knock on wood. lol. Good luck on your journey.

    Pretty good. I never really had problems. I guess it's all about being patient and love the journey one is on. I do feel for the guys who are in transition and family and friends freak out on them. Support is vital. For me it was not a problem. I was already boy like as a young child, so, it was not a surprise to people.

    i have a question, when you're going to use the T Gel, do you need to have a doctors appointment and have a labtest? PRE T here.

    • @roadmapzach
      @roadmapzach  7 лет назад

      Hi there! Thanks for your question. So it really depend on where you are living/accessing treatment. I know that in England and the US you need a prescription for all forms of testosterone - whether it's gel, injections, or patches etc. And yes, no matter what kind of hormones you go on to you need regular labtest/blood test. It's really important to check your levels. Let me now if you have any more questions :)

    Question about the gel: do they always tell you to apply the gel to the same spots? I know you mentioned the acne. I was just wondering because for injections they have me switch sites or at least alternate which side of my body.

    • @roadmapzach
      @roadmapzach  7 лет назад +1

      Hey Eli sorry it's taken me forever to reply to you. Yeah I apply the gel to the same locations each morning - mostly upper arms, shoulder, top of chest just below my neck, and my stomach. It's something I have thought about fairly regularly...I wonder if not swapping sites causes a build up of acne and maybe some kind of intolerance to the gel...I don't know, something I might look into.
