      @@CecilValeProductions Enlighten me please, what is not proper about the LNWR condition 'Lucknow' model released via Rails of Sheffield please? I'm early days into my own personal research regarding the LNWR so not quite up on it all.

    • @redtrain9419
      @redtrain9419 Месяц назад

      @@ExplosiveCookie I've read on forums elsewhere that Lucknow is modelled in pre-1895 condition, having no coal rails on the tender which would have been present at the period these coaches come from. I'm no expert on the LNWR myself, though, so I'd appreciate if someone else could elaborate more clearly on what discrepancies there are.
      I'd love a rerun of the Precedents in any LNWR condition, though; I got a Hardwicke from the NRM but really would've loved a Lucknow had I the chance to get one. By the time I learned of them they were all sold out.

    • @ExplosiveCookie
      @ExplosiveCookie Месяц назад

      @@redtrain9419 If it's just the coal rails then that's an easy modification at least - in regards to another run, as it was a commission originally I believe Bachmanns contracts give 4 years exclusivity to the commissioner and then they can go into Bachmanns general range - so I wouldn't be surprised if we get another run of these announced to go with the coaches.

      I just looked and a birdcage coach is currently £90, so I’d guess a bit more than that maybe! Make sense I guess, if they can only make them in a few liveries and with specific appeal then they’re not going to sell in the same numbers as a mk1 for example. Whatever the price, I don’t really care though, finally an authentic pre grouping coach and there’s no way I could ever make anything look as good as these!
