I agree. Fanatics does not care about the hobby at all. The last 2 years of football and basketball have been ruined. If they actually cared, they would not sign these exclusive deals

Caleb and Marvin H were late on their signings with the NFLPA wanting some special clauses. It was in the news this past summer. Panini has an agreement with the NFLPA and this allows them to use players pics and likeness. Some rookies sign exclusive deals for their autos but Panini has the right to their pics through the deal with the NFLPA.

I also noticed on the checklist an autograph set called "Future Signatures NIL" that includes Arch Manning, Dylan Raiola, Quinn Ewers and like 37 others which I thought was interesting. Maybe trying to get guys signatures as early as possible before they go signing exclusive deals?

Yeah that makes sense to me! I wonder if they'll be able to keep them, tho. Interesting to see how this unfolds!

Fanatics has shown how many shits they give about the hobby by signing these exclusive deals.

Thanks for another great video! Yeah, a billionaire isn't trying to hear anything about inconveniencing collectors. Panini could survive this the top rookie purge if they are able to at least release Caleb Williams image cards. Panini can make SSP case hits of the guys who can't sign. If those Fanatics exclusive guys can't even be printed on Panini cards, I think it is a wrap for Panini and 2024 NFL cards. I don't see have a player can opt out of having a trading cards produced unless the player was not part of the NFLPA. I'm cool with the NIL players being included in an NFL product.

I agree -- this is good stuff! Hopefully that's what they're doing. It looks like, as of this AM, Caleb does have a card in Illusions.

Bro your take on those nil autos is bad. Having pre draft autos of those players will be a huge thing. I’ll bet the house

Bowman has been doing it since 2022 University and I've already made a video about how those are a good investment. It's not a new idea. But I want NIL autos out of a college product, not an NFL product. They're reaching.
