I'm from India and unfortunately we don't have cars like in US back here in India. But i love your channel and videos. Great representation by Craig, Luke, Mike and Sami......i love Sami's voice....great job guys.....
I love the new x tronic cvt..its silky smooth..fast to react..its superb...this car is athletic..feels very solid and planted in the road..Nissan great job!!!👍👍👍
Great tips I have to say, though I would have preferred a manual transmission as opposed to the CVT. I did not know some tips so and I will definitely incorporate them into my runs.
The Maxima would keep up with cars you would not expect it to. People under estimate 4 door cars to be fast but 300hp is only about 3hp less than a WRX STI which is a 4 door sports car with a manual transmission and way way faster than a FRS, BRZ and GT86 which are 2 door sports cars with a manual transmission. So the Nissan Maxima would therefore fit in the sports car catagory.
CVT transmissions are the most popular transmissions in Canada and America 7% of new cars bought in America are manuals while the other 93% are automatics. But that Maxima has 300hp stock and thats a lot of hp for a four door sedan family car.
Wow! Not at all what I was looking for. This is an add for a maxima, I wanted to know tips to driving a manual on the track and tips like switching to distilled water in your radiator and motor oil weight change. This is just a worthless add.
xtronic cvt putting in work. rather get a tlx,3 series, infiiniti q50 or c class for that kind of money. WAY BETTER LUXURY THAN THIS PLASTIC AND UNREFINED PIECE OF ****.
I understand what you're saying about the car in the video but the principles that he was talking about are very real principles that should be applied to any car that you take out on racetrack.
the editing and filming on this video is superb. I almost feel like this is the tutorial for a need for speed game and it makes me really want to go track my car now!
Srt8 jeed is junk..and v6 charger is slow..its heavy and in the freeway the maxima will beat the the jeep srt8 and charger v6 its just big car but no power and in the corner the maxima would destroy the v6 charger and srt 8 jeep..
HOW TO DRIVE ON A TRACK: Step 1: Drive there in a Maxima Step 2: Ditch the Maxima and see if someone with a car worth actually driving on a track will give you some seat time for the right price. Step 3: Drive that car on the track Step 4: Drive the Maxima home.

+Balachandra Kuppaswamy Glad to hear we've got fans all over the world! We'll be ramping up video production in the new year, so stay tuned!
Nice! This car looks great on the track, love what Nissan did with this new generation.
Great idea for a vid, combing interesting info with a car review.
lol gotta love those column-mounted magnesium shift paddles for a CVT
+maximus9401 I thought "magnesium shift paddles" added at LEAST 35HP!

Actually the charger needs one of the hemis to beat my SR. Will blow v6 charger away.
Four door sports car my ass..
Normal sedan with 300hp and front wheel drive

+Zachery Line The FRS, BRZ and GT86 only have 197hp
+Zachery Line so?
+Fast Car Central The Nissan Maxima would fucking destroy a FRS, BRZ or a GT86.
step one, get a car without a CVT
CVT transmissions are the most popular transmissions in Canada and America 7% of new cars bought in America are manuals while the other 93% are automatics. But that Maxima has 300hp stock and thats a lot of hp for a four door sedan family car.
CVT's are not the most popular. Regular automatics are obviously
+Fast Car Central CVT and regular automatics are the same thing.
+Zachery Line obviously not if you know anything about cars
+Fast Car Central I realy don't understand what you're trying to tell me. The CVT transsmission and automatic transsmission are the same.
You guys were near Ottawa I missed out :(
+Djiboutian Prince Yup. Spent a great day at Calabogie. Weather was perfect, and what an awesome track!

Haha sport car with CVT?????????? Yeah right!!!
There is some supercars like the Lamborgini which is an automatic and some Ferraris are automatics.
Dude cvt and automatic/automated manual are not the same thing
VMN Technology Do you even know what a CVT is? You’re not a car guy.
Is that an automatic? Please come on.
xtronic cvt putting in work. rather get a tlx,3 series, infiiniti q50 or c class for that kind of money. WAY BETTER LUXURY THAN THIS PLASTIC AND UNREFINED PIECE OF ****.

how to drive on a track.....then comes a Maxima with FWD and a CVT. How can this video be taken seriously?
I understand what you're saying about the car in the video but the principles that he was talking about are very real principles that should be applied to any car that you take out on racetrack.
+DevPack the car's a joke for this purpose but the tips in the video are very real and very helpful
+DevPack how can anyone take this seriously when they are giving us tips on how to drive on a track and then they use a freaking Maxima. Garbage.
DevPack I just told you how. Can you read? It doesn't matter what car they drive. The tips are universal
dont care not watching this shitty video.

+2583060 Glad you enjoyed it! We had a LOT of fun filming it. And yes, TRACK YOU CAR! It's a lot of fun!

Yeah nissan just cheated out on the deal😂 this channel got played
This
Nissan Maxima are not a sports car. 300 horsepower, front wheel drive and that ridiculous CVT Transmission. sports car doesn't use CVT Transmission.
There are some supercars that have automatic transmissions such as the Lamborgini and Farrari have automatic transmissions.
I swear you're just stupid or trolling I've seen you think cvts are the same as automatics in a bunch of comments
+12345678987654321dog Holy shit! you forgot the period at the end of you're sentence agian. Lol.
Holy shit! You spelled "again" wrong lmao.
+P Joseph I know right, it's spelled you're not your. Finally someone understands :)
Those wheels look familiar Lool (13 civic si)
Sponsored by Nissan.
White Mail Privilege Well, he did say it was sponsored.
Great tips..... but not the ideal car for tracking.
