That thing is so old. Moving it out of its orbit is very expensive and risky. It's very fragile to begin with so it will break up upon reentry on any surface.

Iss wasnt just launched out of earth. It was assembled in space because it was really big.
It would be close to impossible to move it in moon's orbit. Even if by some miracle we are able to shift it there, problems will arise as putting that thing in moon's orbit would be quite difficult as we dont have rockets that powerful
