Because I saw some people asking or wondering- Causes: Keith Moon- pretty obvious since it was mentioned. Phil Demmel- a rare condition known as cardiogenic syncope where the heart doesn't pump enough blood to the brain, causing blackouts. Marilyn Manson- flu Corey Taylor- neck pain/previous injuries, heat + full covering of the body Frankie Palmeri- Kinda obvious, but electrocution if you couldn't tell. Michael Poulsen- fatigue, flu-like symptoms, chest pain and upper respiratory discomfort, all that on top of touring. Max Green- Either alcohol and pills or just drug addiction. Joe Perry- exhaustion and dehydration Kyo- I might be wrong, but I saw that it was heat shock and probably exhaustion from all the singing/yelling. Phil Demmel- Pretty sure it's the same cause. Correct me if I'm wrong, but I tried my best. Kyo's collapse only had one source, but I'm not absolutely sure it's correct. The rest were either easy or pretty obvious.
yes demmel has that condition , at the end of the video thats my brother josh boone machine heads drum tech. trying to hold him up. i have the same condition. Its caused my slowvein reaction. like when im leaning down or lock my legs in one postition for a minute to long once you move or stand up your veins are supposed to contract at a fast enough rate to get blood to your brain. well our veins dont react fast enough and in return the brain is starved for blood leading to dizzyness or blackouts
Max was on strong pain meds and his friend came to visit that night so they had a glass of champagne. It was the mixing of the 2 that caused him to pass out
Max Green was heavily abusing drugs at that point so the roadies were probably expecting shit like that from him, hell he was probably collapsing every night!
I think they're trying to show their support, even if it seems a bit innapropriate. I also think a lot of people get awkward in serious situations, so they're trying to brighten the mood by cheering.
