Misfire is the inability of the fasteners to travel through the magazine. Could be the fasteners are slightly too thick or the magazine is dirty or damaged.
You seem to know a lot about these guns. I have a New Zealand version which has no bumpfire mode. Do you know if there is a way to "hack" it to activate this feature? Swap out the switch for a US version one or something like that? Cheers
I'm sure the flash software in the controller may restricted it for your region. But under the sticker where you turn the power on are three buttons. The middle one is the power that can be activated externally. The right side button is the mod switch that in the US turns the tool from bump to contact. When you have the orange error codes lights flashing. Pushing both outer buttons at the same time for five seconds resets the error code. Cheers 🍻
Thanks for great videos mate
Would this be a remedy for misfiring? My gun often misfires unless I put pressure on the rack of nails

Can u do this with a harbor freight nail gun also
You can take anything apart. The trick is correctly putting it back together.
