Jurassic Park (Sega CD) - Longplay NO COMMENTARY

Since I wasn't able to get anywhere in this game as a kid, I was curious what I'd think of it now. And whoa, I was pleasantly surprised!... for awhile. What really does this game in are the parts where they try to mix in some action. It was fun figuring out how to get each dino's eggs but about halfway through the game there are some parts that seem like the devs didn't even want anyone to complete it. The t-rex, raptor, and final battle sections almost made me ragequit. And the music in the raptor caves is awesome yet you can't listen because you have to speed through the place. Don't ask me about the final battle, you don't want to know about the final battle. Jurassic Park on Sega CD was so so close to being a great licensed game until it decided to turn into triceratops shit.

13:33 - this is the closest i can get to hearing the "bop-a-dop-a-dop song" that Arin(GameGrumps) was so giggly about...for some reason, the Visitors' Center isnt a track on either of the two "full OST" uploads on youtube...

I didn't know there was a Sega CD version until several years ago. I only played the NES, SNES, Sega and Game Boy versions when I was a kid.

Man i remember i had sega CD for a short time and played this for a short time only, sadly ill never know if id even like it much, for the time, backthen, the graphics were amazing to me. it was almost like being there

I know this game isn't perfect, but I like that it's different from the other Jurassic Park games at the time. It has a certain charm to it. I'd love if it was remastered. I also really like the music. One more thing, whenever there's a sequence in a video game where you have to wait for a door to open, I think of this game...the T. rex...the Raptors...oh dear...😄
