I've inculcated a new disciplined routine for myself that includes waking up at 4, 30 min workout, bath and then 30 min meditation, then 2 hours of reading and after this a healthy breakfast and time to attack the day from 8 AM onwards. Other than my morning routine I worked on my coding skills for a little over 3 hours and gave 3 hours to my part time job of teaching. Currently I'm a final year Btech guy.

You're so right I have been watching tarot card readings since 2018 and it feels like I'm stuck in 2018 only I haven't really enjoyed life in these 2years plus I'm more and more depressed and anxious to the point where I don't believe in myself my inner voice but these readings and I want to make it clear that there's nothing wrong with tarot card readings but I'm addicted to it, even if I unsubscribed when something bad happens then I come back to my old habbit of watching these reading obsessively. And the worst part is I got to know that people with moon in Capricorn has a distant relationship with their mother also 2 3 times other tarot reading also stated that after that there's always a feeling inside of me that my mother doesn't love me, even though I can literally see how much she do love and care for me but my mind always find that one thing as a "proof" that those readings were right 🥺

Astrology isn't actually real, it may sometimes feel real when some of the predictions "astrologers" make come true, but know that astrologers often are wrong in their predictions which is ignored by people most of the time. Nothing wrong with that, it's just that we as people want something to believe in something to make us feel that we are more in control of our life.

I always used to think people who believe in astrology were dumb, but I was recently in conversation with a very shrewd and successful businessman and we happened to talk about it.
He sensed that I don't believe in this shit and he said that he has been a businessman for over 30 years, everyday people try to outsmart and mulct him, he assured me that he's not some gullible Joe who is getting taken advantage of by astrologers, and told me very personal stories about how it helped him navigate through rough patches in his life.
He was absolutely convinced that this worked and this conversation made me think twice.

There are many rich people who believe in astrology and many poor people who believe in astrology. there are also super rich people who do not believe in astrology like Elon Musk, Bill gates etc. and very poor people who do not believe in astrology. The fact of the matter is that, is astrology true or bullshit to which my reply will be that astrology is nothing but a pseudoscience which is used to fearmonger and scam people

Astrology is a supportive concept that supports you in your various aspects of life. It's not a superstitious concept but also not 100% accurate. You should believe in it but not become andhbhakt, but only to be seen as your support.

My grandfather had predicted that my aunt would be likely to get into an accident a certain day when she was going on a trip with her friends. She listened to my grandfather and didn't go. The accident actually happened that day and her friends car crashed and one of her friends suffered from major injuries. So thankfully she got saved from it

Even i didn't used to believe but had to start believing when an astrologer picked out what was happening with me and going to happen (my physical health, relationship etc) accurately just by looking at me and my horoscope.

Astrology is not 100% wrong. But I think we should avoid it. If we are interested in knowing our future then we will not find the passion to achieve it.
Suppose, if astrologer tells me that I will pass then it will not allow me to work harder because of happiness. Similarly, if I hear that I will fail then I will be depressed. So work harder & believe in Bhagwan.

I had very bad circadian rhythm SO I researched on how to optimize it..... And started following those points and I went early to bed last night and woke up at 5AM. I ran my day according to me and didn't let the day run me. Although I wasted my 2 hours on RUclips also but that was planned. I'll try to be consistent to maintain this good circadian rhythm.

Shwetabh, good point on superstition however it so happens that what starts of as a moderation usually leads to having a very strong belief (let's say, the ring example). If things go right a couple of times, that individual may actually start believing and attribute power to that ring. This can be discouraged in a very polite and understanding way.
