I just got a 2003 3.2cl type s It has high miles. A few things going on with it. Like windshield wiper fluid not coming out. Cruise control is not working. I love it. I have been told it is rare.
These had an extended warranty due to transmission failure. I was given one a few years back where the trans never 'failed' but did cause vibration. This eventually killed the engine. 114k miles.
160k still runs tough and that’s because no one actually did the trans fluid changes on yours probably the trans is actually a good one and very expensive but you have to do the trans fluid change every 30,000 -40000 miles and they say to fill it and drain it 3 times to make sure all the old fluid is out
0096atif my guess is that I would probably just burn a little oil just because the engine has such high mileage. But it shouldn't burn a lot of oil. I'm just assuming
0096atif nah the weak point on these Acuras were the transmissions. V6 Honda products in general had a lot of automatics die in them in the early 2000s.

my acura just hit 300k runinng like a champ, someone stole my cat so its straight piped now. VERY loud haha, sounds great with that honda engine ;)
