How to FIX Counter Strike 1.6 Black Screen Problem

I have win8.1 and in this it works fine but then I installed in win 11 and When I click game icon to start game, it shows running cursor for short time and then no response and no error. Any solution. I have win 11 i5

I say start the game from the library, the monitor turns off and there is a blue screen and it says NO SIGNAL. By pressing CTRL ALT DEL, the screen comes back and I can enter the game. Has anyone encountered such a problem? Could you please help?

Niestety ale to nie działa. Mi po parunastu minutach wywala czarny ekran i słychać ostatnie dźwięki z gry... Na żadnym komputerze nie miałem takich problemów w sensie Intel+GeForce natomiast drugi jaki złożyłem to AMD+Radeon i same problemy z grami i nie tylko. Obecnie system to win11 i wszystkie sterowniki i BIOS w najnowszej wersji.
