Hello Alex!! Greetings from Greece! There seems to be one big bunrmark on top of one coil (bottom left 2:47) Maybe coil just overheated from the shorting diode and is fine after removing that short.

I would love to see statistics on the repairs you all do in a year. Breakdown by Mfg, type of problem, etc.... It would be interesting to see what breaks the most and why. I know you can't, but it makes me wonder....
I have a repair shop too and I would say HP breaks down the most. Seems the same with him. Key fobs are common because they are subjected to a lot of weather.
Thats it right, entertaining and learning, there is something magical about seeing somebody fix this stuff and make it look like its nothing. Great channel!

Maybe you should have a gauge that depending on the size of the queue the expedite cost increases or decreases, for when you don't have enough time.
Or you could maybe do it manually based on your feel of what you want that day.

I told you people were going to abuse of your expedited service for $49
And just as I mentioned almost half a month ago, people are buying up bad video cards
and sending them for you to fix "expedited". Lesson learned.
Ahhh so you think that this is a case of cryptominers frying components through overclocking or something, selling the cards, and the new owners are doing an expedited fix ?
at a certain point to maintain your customer service level you need to remove expedited temporarily and or stop accepting products....Like the Graphics cards.

Perfect example of when fix may be replacing one component than on aliexpress may cost 0.05$ but you pay for the knowledge, knowledge to tell what may be broken before you even open the device, knowledge how to unsolder and solder (and how the videos show it is not that hard to fk it up when you use dollar store tools or havd better but can not use them properly).
