@@SDREHXC it's not the autoimmune disorder in particular. her voice is a result of a lung infection she had years ago. she lost her voice completely back then. when her voice came back, it was higher and squeakier (you can hear the squeakiness in her old clips). it's not a voice changer. idk why someone would choose to use a voice changer knowing that the internet will bully them for having a high voice.

That's her regular voice. She's only 4'10" which may factor in.
