      These dudes are genuinely awful- nil to be gained by engaging with them- they thrive on negativity and need it for their agenda- and their ‘ I’m not anti- Ange’ protests are so transparent as he’s a Levy appointment so can never support him - and every chance they’ll turn on him and sad to say , if people don’t ignore them , they’ll have stadium booing again and he’ll be gone. The guy is clearly a generational opportunity but these guys don’t care- a Caribou cup and being Leicester is the plan.. ( where are they just now again..) Clowns

    Stel claimed he’s not negative, just realistic. Reality is Levy is the chairman of this club, and he’s not going anywhere. Stel can kick up a fuss all he wants, and Levy will never know or care who he is. That’s reality.
    Everyone is entitled to their opinions and how they want to go about supporting their Spurs. If they want to constantly be miserable, then just keep on moaning.

    The biggest danger to this current project or rebuild is the fans jumping on everything due to their “ starvation “ of trophies.

      Why not Kroenke over Levy? How can we not have a trophy for the past 15 years? How can we lose Kane, and have Son retire without a trophy? We could have won so many trophies during the Pochettino and Mourinho eras but Levy didn’t give them any real money to get the players we needed. Why are you outraged by the obvious, that we need owners whose business model is for the club to win trophies and not solely to make consistent returns by marketing and leasing out the stadium for other venues. Do you think Son is in this for the money? If that were the case, he would be in Saudi Arabia right now. Son wants to win. Terrible he’s not at Liverpool or Real Madrid.

      It's not the transfer spend that really attracts the big players its the wages. The transfer price is what gets a club to sell. I would rather we spend money on players that want to be here, and not spending big on each player. Look at Man united spending big on players and still aren't back to winning the league, champions league. Every player you transfer in is a gamble, same with a new manager that is brought in. The recruitment needs to be stellar, and we haven't had that, we hit on 2-3 players in a window and the rest are average or worse. It doesn't give me confidence when we spend big that we'll hit on a gem of a player so why spend big money every window?

    I am a Tottenham supporter, even if we win or lose! Stelios think that if we sign expensive players we will win everything, just like Chelsea this year😂 and when we sign expensive players like Richy he isn’t good enough! And for the record, the thing that bathers me most isn’t Levy it’s the negativity in the fan base, so frustrated to hear whining about the club, manager and players all the time, and I have been a Tottenham fan since -91 but I have little intelligence to understand that there are other clubs involved for winning a trophy and you need a hell of a luck also!

    • @pyrrhusepirus7181
      @pyrrhusepirus7181 2 месяца назад

      When we spend big we almost always miss the target. It's unbelievable that spending tons of money on transfers is the answer, it's not the answer. The reason Liverpool, and City are always competing is they get the players the manager wants and fits the style of play and they keep ahold of those players unless Madrid or Barcelona come calling. Liverpool and City also have good scouting and recruitment heads that use data analytics, and mix it with old fashioned eye tests. They also aren't afraid to move on from players at the right time, something Tottenham recently has had a hard time with.

    I am 61 and to be honest I agree with all. When it comes to entitlement, I am not sure that is the correct word. I am not sure what is but when I was 7 I started to support Spurs. We were not a great team but we won the League Cup twice and the UAFA cup against Wolves. Again in the 80’s 2 FA cups, also a finalist in 87, winning an European cup in 84 etc. Then 91 another FA cup. We may have not done much in the league in the past but we won trophies. Since then apart from 2008 we have not really competed. Yes we have got to a couple of finals but in all we never turned up. I think what I am trying to say it is more sadness and frustration that my football club have not reached levels that they were at. Hopefully now the stadium has been built and lots of money is coming in ( hopefully on the football side?) , now we can compete at the top table, thank you.

    People like Stel won't forgive Levy for not spending every last penny on player transfers and wages over the last 20 years and yet they expect Spurs to have the same infrastructure as 20 years ago whilst somehow being able to now spend more than the likes of Man City - it's a crazy argument
    I also have no idea why Levy should be blamed for all those semi-final and final defeats, let alone early round knock-out to cup opponents from lower divisions
    Incidentally, why hasn't England won any silverware since 1966 ... It's football and sometimes you lose

    I will say what I always say on the man Stelios's views. It's not that he's entirely wrong, I can see where the frustration stems from. However, viewing everything from a negative lens isn't realism. It's catastrophizing something that hasn't happened yet out of fear and anxiety. Realism is objective. Realism takes into consideration every possible angle and utilizes that data in order to inform your next viewpoint. You have to be able to take the good with the bad if you want to be realistic.

    Will Daniel Levy ever win the Premier League with Tottenham Hotspur FC? my answer is no.
    As for the answer, Daniel Levy has been the chairman of Tottenham Hotspur since 2001, but they haven't won the Premier League under his chairmanship yet. However, the future is unpredictable, and there's always a chance they could win in the coming seasons.
