One of my favorite parts about this game was the soundtrack. Especially with the battle theme, how it was the same for all random encounters and bosses. But when you finally make it to the end and a new theme played you know its gonna be good.
forceofnature26 its because they both are voiced by the same voice actor, named Crispen Freeman. A very well known voice actor in both the Anime and video games industry. His famous role is arguably is Alucard from Hellsing, the anime based on its Manga.
For some reason, I've never been able to find the version of the final boss theme that actually plays in game. Everything I've found online sounds nothing like this.
Really old video but why wouldn't they have had the mastered specials locked into the earlier attacks since they're gonna do more damage. Is it because they dumped all the points into a single special to do even more power?
FeelRightKid xenoblade has nothing to do with the other 2, if memory serves me right(doubt it though) xenosaga is the prequal to xenogears which is the final of it all
BigBlack No Xenoblade is in it's own world as is Saga and Xenogears, while people think saga and Gears are in the same universe, they are in fact not, just Saga uses a lot of Xenogears plot/models/names and other things to make em similar. But all 3 games are in their own universe, with certain similarity since the people making them are mostly the same so yea.....
+manu m To be honest, Xenosaga WAS supposed to be the prequel to Xenogears. However, Square Enix outright rejected the idea. Doesn't help that the planned 6 episodes were forced to be trimmed down to 3 due to development issues. I personally like to think Xenogears as the finale of Xenosaga, despite the fact of what I just pointed out.
+Tyler (FeelRightKid) Xenosaga is a (failed) tentative to reboot the Xenoverse starting from the very beginning of the story (the Interplanetary War that happened before the Eldridge falls on Xenogears' planet), sadly Namco destroyed that dream. Apparently Xenoblade X is a second attempt to reboot the series, vaguely retelling the events of Xenogears Ep.II 10000 years before Xenogears begins (spaceship crashes on an unknown planet, yadda yadda). In any case, the Saga and the Blade universe are not directely connected because of significant lore changes (especially Xenoblade X, with all the aliens being around and the "spaceship"'s crash happening in 2056 AD instead of 4767 TC). The first Xenoblade on Wii however, aside from a couple of homages, has absolutely nothing (as far as we know!) to do with the Xenoverse, as it was developed as a stand alone game (titled "Monado: Beginning of the World) and only got the name "Xenoblade" at the end of its development as a tribute to Takahashi.
Arguably the best ending-boss theme ever. I listened to this endlessly after I beat this game. Awesome song.
